    I’m always in the sun though. Maybe my calprotectin would be worse if I didn’t!
    I think I need to get more consistent with dropping grains/carbs @Jack Kruse . Maybe then the sun can do its thing completely

    All NT have what as a cofactor?
    glutathione and Vitamin C.

    @Jack Kruse regarding NT is it ok to increase vitamin C levels initially with supplementation? AND maybe glutathione?
