Diabetes and PUFAs and saturated fats

    Reading the chapter of the book on diabetes being an evolutionary survival mechanism where cell membranes are swapped for PUFAs in preparation for hibernation because saturated fats are to stiff to work with in cold temps got me thinking...

    Those of us still eating a fair amount of saturated fats who are struggling to get cold adaptation might be having trouble because the fats are too stiff to work with.. Another reason to get fish adapted i suppose..
