Make sure that you do not try to "save" $$ and start buying naturally low D waters.
If you are after low deuterium
it makes no sense buying that stuff (from financial pov),
you will not get even close to the required deuterium depletion.

Remember that DDW is a water.
Water is a second leg of three legged stool.

    Food is unimportant,
you obey 3 legged stool, you can eat shit on a shingle.

it also makes no sense buying organic or grass fed food,
that would make you buy less DDW.

I also have a "beef" with organic or grass fed foods.
It is not my parents food raised on small poor farm 80 years ago (in Poland).
Human and animal food grown commercially uses large storage facilities.
Those storage facilities to be able to operate must alter what they store.
They must kill butyric acid otherwise food will go rancid pronto.

I am hoping that one day @Jack Kruse will address this issue.
    In the mean time
I am buying and eating butyric acid pills (thanks to Patricia Kane).

    Bottle of Qlarivia $8.52
    daily 3 bottles
    yerarly 365*3*8.52=$9329.40

Would you recommend that anyone trying to improve health (brain fog and chronic fatigue for myself) should be drinking this water? I have been a bit behind on the whole DDW stuff - is there a post for what level DDW to use - I saw your post about the lady with cancer and the somalyer book about cancer she should read....

I have been a bit behind on the whole DDW stuff
    Easy to simplify.
Just replace the word "water" with "DDW" in Jack's three legged stool.

    DDW - Deuterium Depleted Water

DDW is not everything, DDW is 1/3 of everything.

And do not get confused parsing between sick and healthy people.
Everyone of us carry cancer or other stuff.
Low Deuterium allows to increase energy that keeps all in good order.
it is rather to late to wait until you get sick.
Yesterday was my last day of (1+1Q).
Today is my first day on (1+2Q).

Can we make our own DDW?

You can - if you read older posts they tell you to freeze it for a few hours, poke a hole thru ice then pour off water from middle - this is supposed to be DDW

Wondering whether sprouted grain bread would be DDW?

Usain Bolt made his professional footballing debut in Gosford, NSW Australia! I wonder what will happen to him now that he has moved here to NSW???? Our aussie water is shit, but the Jamaican sprint star may not be aware of this deuterium problem. Hmmmmmmm?????

    DDW = Deuterium Depleted Water

    So, no.

And grains are high in deuterium in general.

  16. I think she was asking about the water that would be left after sprouting the grains. Grains are full of deuterium, right? So do they take it from the water leaving DDW behind?

Freeze what exactly? What water brand are you freezing? San Pellegrino, Gerolsteiner, Aquafina, RO water?

    But if the question was
take those sprouts and eat it
    What would be the answer?

    Think grass wheat juice.
