    Thank you @Jack Kruse
Have you tested coconut water straight out of coconut?
Would you mind posting its ppm value?

I have a truck loads of coconuts within 3 miles.
    What coconuts are better:
    green or dried brown?
    ----

Well I already tested my coconut water, it have 156 ppm.
    ----
To test the way you described I have to have:
    DDW-25 ---- I have it (Preventa-25)
    and
another water of known ppm, (I will have it after I know my Costco's RO water ppm value) (that will take a month or more).

I have an inkling that we should buy food dryers and juicers.
    Discard heavy water
    replace with DDW.

    Are you a cook @Billybats ?
We need new receipes for cooking.

I an ok cook. The reason I asked about the coconut cream, I was watch the show "The kitchen" and they made a drink with coconut cream and citrus (I would use lemon) and she did add agave. I have making for breakfast milk, cream and 2 yokes/1 whole egg. So I was thinking of using coconut cream instead.

where you live now none of that should be on the menu

agave --- sugar--- stay away from it

coconut cream --- what is it? --- does it contain water? --- keep solid part, discard water or consider it in overall balance

    ....
all water in the food, assume that it have high deuterium content
think of all the food, (solid + liquid) that you put into mouth,
    how much water is there
make sure that 1/3 of all that water is from DDW-25ppm
    ---
think that by breathing you consume about 2 liters of water daily
    ---
    when in doubt get tested

I figured you were going to say that. I thought so. I was even wondering about the eggs, I was thinking they are iffy or none at all. Fine with me, less to figure out what to make.

  10. Thx JanSz, I’m actually trying to respond to thank you for your advice re my testing with cignature and your link to the vials but I can no longer find your comment. Also do you think it’s a bit cheeky to ask cignature to test Qlarivia even if I am paying for it?

  11. Just on another topic of water, I heard on a podcast this week about mineral waters high in Silica can help excrete Aluminium from the body via urine . Apparently this is easily tested in a home test kit. One water mentioned was made by Danone. My guess is you could get the same affect by adding silica? Thoughts. I will endeavour to post the link to the talk by professor who conducted the studies.

You do not have to tell them what you are testing.
    But tell me.

  14. I’m going to start with the Breathy. And when the Qlarivia arrives I’ll send that off to cignaturehealth too.

  15. yes I know, but if you can get Aluminium out of the brain by adding silica to your water, why not and given we’re talking water... I know 3 people with Alzheimer’s :( 5 yrs ago I knew no one, I also know of 3 with Parkinson’s and 5 with cancer. We’re living in a different world. Someone coined the phrase 4th world, 3rd world health in a 1st world country. It’s so accurate.

Looks like this is my misunderstanding of what hi said.
    think
    coconut water= water + solids
that water is high in deuterium
those solids are low in deuterium
    over all
    lots of deuterium

Somewhere before, number of times, @Jack Kruse was addressing this topic (in general way).
    paraphrasing Jack:
Body collects junk because it is sick.
    sick=low energy
you cannot get healthy by emphasizing junk disposal
fire up your power-plants (mitochondria), arrange body to have more energy
the rest will take care of itself

Words that are good to remember:
    time 26:50
    cancer is not genetic disease
    it is metabolic disease,
    it is deuterium driven disease
    -----
carbohydrates and sugar have higher level of deuterium
fat is always deuterium depleted comparing to carbohydrates

    after all set and done
measure your deuterium level with goal of being under 130ppm(time 29:30)

Has anyone gotten Preventa from Hungary?
    https://preventa.hu/products/preventa-products-3/preventa-85-3
The price there for a case of 85 ppm is $120, and looks like you have to submit an order first before seeing shipping cost.
From Cignature Health, it's $280+ plus $60 shipping from CA to NY.
I need to see if there are lower prices somewhere, but for now I do want to stick with Preventa since I'm working with the CH clinicians.

    I tried that too.
    Tried buying Preventa from Hungary.
Got e-mail that Preventa in USA is available from CignatureHealth
    but
they could send it to me if I want.
I replied that indeed I want them to sell it to me.
    Still waiting for response.

Qlarivia is also slow in their responses.
