This is what Langvey said about this process: I used Google translate)
Question: Is it possible to get light water at home?

Answer: You can. The easiest way is to melt the snow or winter ice that fell out during a severe frost. In Moscow, water can thus be obtained with a deuterium content of 137-139 ppm, in Siberia - with a deuterium content of 129-132 ppm, in Yakutia - with a deuterium content of 125 ppm. But at the same time there is no guarantee that you will receive chemically pure water, taking into account that the snow falling near large cities contains a huge amount of harmful impurities.

At the same time, several techniques are described on the Internet, according to which by means of repeated freezing and thawing of ordinary water, it is possible to obtain light water. We are disappointed: our experiments showed that in this way (by repeatedly freezing, thawing and draining) from a bucket of source water, one can get a glass of water, with a deuterium content of only 2-3 ppm lower than in the original water.

Divinia water is now on Amazon, selling at $30 for 12 bottles with @29.00 for shipping. However, they no longer even mention that it is deuterium depleted. They just say that it is EZ water, with 000ppm. Well, Penta water, which is used in Amy Yasko protocol for the autistic children is also 000 ppm, and is widely available

    What is Divinia?

    //zero ppm

Chinese are planning to make water by combining H with O.
    Is this something similar?

I see too many problems with DIVINIA.
I do not know nothing about actual quality of this product,
but the way it is described is lacking big time.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    In one place
    https://www.diviniawater.com/science?lightbox=dataItem-iyc52izu
    it is described as having:
    128-132 ppm deuterium level.
That description (true or not) sounds good.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    In another place
    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0787DSJKH?m=AO4POUWNMTMS1&ref_=v_sp_widget_detail_page
    it is described as
exclusion zone and deuterium depleted water
Functional water - pH balanced, 100% pure (0.00 ppm)

    Two problems with that:
implies that it is deuterium 0.00 ppm
it tells that it is exclusion zone water (physically impossible, except for very thin layer on bottle surface).
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Somebody who sells this water should at least
clean up the texts everywhere where they are talking about Divinia so it matches.

    ...............
On top of everything else DIVINIA is super very expensive.
It is over 4x as expensive as Qlarivia.

I saw the same discrepancy in Divinia's water between their website's description of it and Amazon's one - that was the reason for my post above #42

    Thank you.

It looks that we can forget about DIVINIA.
    Sloppy descriptions and high price.

getting rid Deuterium might be why blood letting is so helpful? I get 2 quarts removed every 4 months. What a relief - feel so much better.

How did you figured that out?

You can google like this to save yourself time:
    Code:
    ppm site:www.diviniawater.com
    The second listing says:
"Like a flawless diamond, DIVINIA is free from contaminants and is a 1000x purer than other water on the market at 0.00 ppm"

In that sentence 0ppm and contaminants are related.

    It's halfway down their homepage.

...mean ocean standard 155.76 ppm (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deuterium-depleted_water)

(I tried the math but it's hard to believe the Icelandic could be somewhere between 72 and 83 ppm...? I'm stumped on the wording "53.4% less than" -- since 1960, New Math disabled for life! Someone who knows math calculations, please figure?)

It appears to be in permilli not percent, so if I got it right that means its aboout 5% less than ocean water and around ~148PPM. So not that great to be honest although I would like to see where you got the figure from @SamZ

    @David Limacher

Do you happen to know the deuterium ppm level of Icelandic water?

  19. I am sending off 5 samples today to get tested.
    1. Icelandic Glacial - Ölfus Spring
    2. Ice Age Premium Glacial Water - Toba Inlet, British Columbia
    3. Badiot - France
    4. My tap water - Regina, SK
    5. Prairie Spring Water (my main water) - Saskatchewan

It appears to that Divinia is around the 125 PPM level...

And on another note, my scientist friend has tested 29,000 samples from all over the globe for Deuterium. The Canadian Arctic is the lowest on earth.

  20. From the book I recently purchased, the most frequently observed phenomena from consuming DDW:

    1. GENERAL WEAKNESS, DESPONDENCY, DROWSINESS
"Weakenss and drowsiness are attributed to the necrosis of tumour mass and the reactions connected with it."
    2. FLUSH, OCCASIONAL HIGH TEMPERATURE
"Flushing of the face and local skin blush were frequently observed"
    3. TEMPORARY INCREASE OF PAIN
    4. ALLEVIATION AND CESSATION OF PAIN

    6. WARMING OF THE TUMOUR AREA
    7. TINGLING CRAWLY FEELING INSIDE THE TUMOUR
    8. BLEEDING IN THE CASE OF TUMOURS OF THE BLADDER AND RECTUM
"In the case of the two above tumours it frequently happens that necrotic pieces of tissue become detached from the tumour area and leave the body, accompanied by minor bleeding"
    9. INCREASE OF APPETITE AND STRENGTH
    10. WEIGHT GAIN
    * interesting to note that weight gain is one because the actual weight of heavy water is greater than DDW *
"other physiologic changes evoked by DDW connected to the secondary effect of the thyroid gland"
