In the same way that the mitochondrial make EZ water and this ability is more important than the water that a person drinks except in cases of high heteroplasmy, is the ability of mitochondria to deuterium deplete more important than the deuterium content of the water?

The environment is most important to tissue fractionations of deuterium. We use the sun and cold to create a DC electric current to remove bad powerplants. This does not happen at the same rate in all tissues because of how people use or misuse the environment to improve the redox. Using water or diet to fix a bad matrix is an example of incomplete and poor thinking of a complex problem.

So the DC electric current drives mitophagy and we need full body sun exposure w/ UV light across all tissues to harvest this regenerating current through the photoelectric effect.

    Is that a fair summary?
