Compare Triodine-7 to Lugols 2%
somewhat different ingredients and ratio,
but if it is good for dog, cow and other annimals
it should be helpful to humans (I think).

I'm using imported water, but I would suspect its shipped in rather than flown in. But flown or shipped, in terms of irradiation etc, there's not much I can do about what they do to it. Despite any potential drawbacks, at the moment it is therapeutic, medicinal. So I have no qualms about buying it, if it improves my survival chances. If I'm right about it, it could also be something that could benefit my children and grandchildren in a 5G world. At the moment I'm using it daily, but I hope to reach a point where it might be a few days at the change of each season, or just a couple of days a week or month. The rest of the time I can use commercial UK spring water, or my own well water. But at this point what I need medicinally is not abundant in UK water, and for my n=1 would mean eating grains. When it has a definite therapeutic purpose, (in this case removing aluminium) its not the same to me as importing out of season strawberries for example because I want them .....

this one can be used but only externally.

Lugols is available in Oz ....I did buy some a couple pf years ago. A Pharmacy did order it for me but I would expect I could get it from iherb.

 

Jack has told us, because of the donut hole over Oz ....our water does not have the energy that we need.

I think that I recall that @Jack Kruse
would call the ausi's water as low energy water
so
it is like saying that
you can have water that have ideal deuterium content but be useless because of low energy

I got the lugols and I was wondering what do I need to do to figure out how much I need everyday. I was hoping you may know the answer.

i am using 2% as well and bought J Crows, the one you advised. I spotted somewhere that you took 1ml per day and I was wondering if that was just a general guide or are you treating something. I put it in my drinking water as advised but was wondering if I should be taking more after I saw you took 1ml.

 

Hi Susie, after reading all 14 pages of this blog plus the Donut Hole one for Aussies, I don't feel any closer to finding DDW for Australia. Any update on tests, what water you drink now? I'm only just getting started in my Jack Kruse journey. Appreciate your wonderful info following testing, dispelling freezing water for DIY DDW and noting the test results of higher Deuterium in SP (which seems to be quoted as everyone's preferred water). Appreciate any update from yourself or other Aussies. .

 

Hello, super newbie here, reading all the threads, interviews, podcasts (brain is exploding).

Has anyone tried this DDW in Oz by Nourish Me Organics (the Health Gut Guru guys)? Its 136ppm which is around the maximum level recommended. Low D- Deuterium Depleted Water 12 X 1.5 L Nourishme Organics

 

If your considering this water your better off drinking Evian water its around 145 ppm and is $3.30 a bottle when on special.
Get plenty of Sun and reduce your carbs and increase your good fats and you will naturally deplete deuterium.

 

Can we do a bit of revision here? How is this depleting deuterium?
