Some schizophrenics (~1/3) don't have a skin flushing reaction when taking niacin (vitamin B3) Why? -Niacin binds HCA2 -PLA2 hydrolyzes membrane phospholipids -releasing free AA -turning into prostaglandins PGD2 & PGE2 by COX enzymes I spoke about in the Patreon blogs = vasodilation + skin redness.

COX-2 is the inducible enzyme linked to deuterium biology. When you use blue light you induce this enzyme system to increase your chances of mental illness. Sunlight puts the COX 2 enzymes back in their box and disease avoids you.

Monthly suicide rates rising everywhere globally. Do you know why? The epidemiology have found it to have a highly significant adaptive homeostatic relationship to the monthly sunspot number. A reasonable scientific question is “how can sunspots on the sun cause suicide on the earth?”
The answer to the question is “through the Schumann Resonance signal which is modulated by the solar activity and is detected by the human brain and modulates the Melatonin output, which is related to serious depression and suicide.” The Schumann Resonance signal provides a homeostatic control of brain activity. Therefore increased and decreased Schumann Resonance intensity, produced by increased and decreased solar activity, is shown to produce homeostatic relationships with cancer, cardiac, reproductive, and neurological disease and mortality rates, including anxiety, depression, and suicide. This study has found significant homeostatic relationships between the monthly mean sunspot number and the suicide rates in Christchurch, New Zealand. An adaptive response appears from high, middle, low, and very low solar activity over the 11-year sunspot cycle from 1988 to 1998.
Why is New Zealand struggling now during their winter? We are in a grand solar minimum (08/07/20): The cold lags the long-term average solar activity.

The electric hum of life may have originated with primordial lightning that created the Schumann resonance.
There's an electrical hum in most animals, including ourselves. No one knows where it came from or why exactly it exists. Now, new research suggests this electric hum came from primordial lightning.
In most vertebrates and invertebrates, there is constant background cellular electrical activity, often coursing through the nervous system, with a small frequency range from 5 to 45 Hertz — well below the range of human hearing for sound waves. A new study, published in the journal International Journal of Biometeorology, notes this extremely low frequency (ELF) range overlaps with natural vibrations in the atmosphere caused by lightning.
About 20 years ago, we started to discover that many biological systems, from the simplest of organisms like zooplankton in the ocean to our brains, have electrical activity in exactly the same frequency range as that produced by global lightning activity.
We think that on evolutionary timescales, over billions of years, life-forms may have used what nature has given them and have somehow either synchronized to those frequencies or adapted to them."
Around the planet, flashes of lightning strike the ground 50 to 100 times per second. These strikes have been known since the 1960s to create extremely low-frequency waves of electromagnetic energy that resonate around the planet's atmosphere t. Known as Schumann resonances, these ELF waves have encircled the planet for billions of years — ever since Earth has had an atmosphere. While the strongest resonance is at a frequency close to 7.83 Hz, several others occur between 3 and 60 Hz. Today, Schumann resonances can be measured anywhere on Earth that is electrically quiet, such as in a desert, far from electrical grids.
Today new theories have finally match mine from 15 years ago that propose primordial cells may have somehow synced their electric activity with these natural atmospheric resonances, particularly the peak resonance near 8 Hz. Such synchronization isn't uncommon. We synchronize our circadian rhythm to days and seasons; and many species navigate off Earth's magnetic field. All of this links the electric and magnetic fields to our colony of mitochondria.
    THE TAKE HOME?
    Evolution exploits whatever it can.

Everybody is talking about depression, but personally I don’t see anything unusual in this. This is a normal state of mind and so far no one has died of depression (with the exception of suicide). The fact that a person has depression does not mean that a person is disabled. Every spring I have deppesia and the main reason is the weather. This is bad, but I do not consider it a critical flaw or illness. You must understand that you are developing your own depression. I personally use Kratom in order to get rid of another attack of depression as soon as possible. I found the best place to buy kratom and regularly buy new batches of powder for amazing and relaxing teas. So do not dramatize everything.

I don't think anyone here is being overly dramatic. With all due respect, I think you are being overly dismissive.(suicide is NOT nothing)
Depression is not normal.Just because it's common doesn't mean it's normal.
    Don't confuse sadness with depression.
Please be careful with the kratom. It's better than the prescription alternative, but can still be addictive for many people. You develop tolerance over time.

You have to be careful, people with depression really need help.

    True. Depresson is awful.
And sad is, that it is not hard to help it... people just dont know :(
some dont want. Change is hard. Some people prefer to live i misery. It is easier, it seems. People will care for you. Try to help you.
    This is my observation.
You want get any empathy when you are happy and well. Instead people will get jealous. Maybe they will even hate you.
