DeMed = Decentralized medicine. What is it?

DeMed maximizes "via negativa" to subtract the superfluous that modern medicine provides to lead to better design of a system that facilitates disease reversals instead of chronic symptom management to cut out the middle man = Big Pharma.

When it comes to performance, we tend to fall for the more, more, more trap. More training, more schooling, more work hours. That's not how learning and adaptation work. Working more as a glass ceiling. The game in biology is getting better by being more effective and efficient and doing less work. Nature's cycle's improved by a process called Via negative. Nature adds to efficiency by subtracting the superfluous to lead to ideal design. Centralize systems always add crap to fix problems that the system created in its design. The work you are doing needs to lead to real improvement.

With BTC future performance is tied to getting more earlier and then letting time operate as the centralized system dies and breathes life into the new decentralized monetary system by printing money. In the old system, a stock bubble is bad for future value because it means the stock is very volatile and subject to a huge correction once valuation returns to the market. Prices get distorted when fiat is created........in a decentralized system, BTC gets stronger as its price rises and becomes a pristine store of value. It also becomes less risky and volatile as this occurs.

Nature and decentralized systems are analogous. Nature and DeMed add to efficiency by subtracting the superfluous to lead to ideal design. Decentralize medical systems always seek to remove the crap a centralized system created to fix problems that it's poorly designed system created. This is why we advocate unlearning to relearn. The first goal of physicians in DeMed systems is to cut all the middlemen in their operations out. This includes the hospital.

When centralized medical experts tell you, this is the manner in how we have always done it, the decentralized medicine sense says it is probably wrong.

There is only one thing stronger than all the employed physician soldiers who make up the army performing medical tyranny in our world: and that is an idea whose time has come = DeMed

Ideas are like rabbits. You get a couple and learn how to handle them, and pretty soon you have a dozen to change medicine to DeMed

There’s no good idea that cannot be improved on. In your own specialty list ten things that are superfluous or make no sense.........then subtract them. Via negative 101 is a DeMed axiom.

Plankton is to food webs as BTC is to your DeMed treasury.

With DeMed what people have to own is an innovation agenda, and everything is shared in terms of the implementation of those ideas.

BTC will remain irrational to docs in centralized systems longer than they can remain solvent in fiat systems. Anything that solves a healthcare problem is worth something extraordinary to someone. This is especially true if it is a monetary healthcare issue. The larger the problem solved, the more monetary energy it consumes. This is why using BTC becomes more rational the higher its price goes. This is the opposite action seen with stocks.

Just how irrational is fiat now used in centralized medical systems? Interest rates are at all-time lows. Interest is fiat paid to you over time if you hold money in a centralized system. Right now you cannot even get 1% interest on the corporate treasury you use to pay your medical bills or run your practice. Soon interest rates will go negative.

In a fiat world, interest rates are a proxy for time and time is a proxy for the power of money. So interests this low or negative are like trying to design a thermodynamic experiment where the time goes backward. It is a medical world where you have to work harder and harder for less and less. A physician's time is the most valuable asset they have yet they do not maximize its efficiency in the centralized world because as an employee it is given up to the hospital to use as they see fit. It is incredibly inefficient. MDs do it because they'll say that is where the patients are. Yet, the patients hate the system because it is incredibly inefficient and offers no solutions to most chronic issues. It just manages their symptoms.

Perhaps the dirty little secret that price is all your customers care about is because you haven’t given them anything else to care about. The quality of your information is where your value is locked up.

DeMed will provide innovation to make sure doctors and patients are gaining time back while making more money. doctors will works less and patients can return to earn money quicker because they are no longer sicker as time elapses. It becomes a DeMed win-win.
Price is what our clients pay. Value is what you must deliver.

Michael Saylor is about to induce bitcoin FOMO to at least a couple thousand of the wealthiest people in America.......Let's dissect what that means for a DeMed doc........that is akin to going to a Blue Cross meeting to get a contract for your practice to be loaded with patients appointments who all will have out of network benefits for you to gobble up. What are you waiting for?

Why will patients eventually flock to DeMed physicians?

They initially came for the store of value of their health. But they stayed for the censorship resistance because none of the data will be fed into an electronic medical record to be sold to Google, Apple, Alphabet, CMS, or any other centralized player.

Why do EMR's fail patients? They are not interoperable so they can never be part of the decentralized approach to care. They were built to feed data into central servers where the data could be harvested to create algorithms to profit from the data. That data will never lead to changes in health care delivery. It will lead to changes in profitability to those centralized payors who control your private data. Without interoperable protocols, your data gets stuck in local sandboxes not owned by the patient. It is now owned by a payor in the central system.

What should a patient do? They should #unmed themselves just as we teach our clients to #unbank using BTC.

Some in centralize medicine will never like us because our "spirit animal" tends to irritate their demons.

Don’t just act like another victim of the medical profession who is just not dead yet. Do something with DeMed wisdom.

Survivors of centralized medicine put an extraordinary amount of time into avoiding this fate.

Many physicians tethered to the old system feel chaos when they think about changing their professional life.
Chaos is limited to a given observers' ability to understand what DeMed is capable of.

Medical centralism is alive and well on social media platforms. It is not only about hatred of outgroups, but conformity to the in-group on #MedTwitter. Blue check docs are very dangerous for the public. They were taught not to think well in training. Medicine has become a technocracy where clinical nuance has died because the paradigm uses algorithms to treat. That is how medical tyranny was built in the Great Facade.

Decentralized medicine allows the doctor to examine the algorithm and critique by holding the coding outcome up to Nature's rules to limit the risk of disease.

Decentralized medicine is mitochondrial based not Flexner report based. The issue for medical students and young physicians is, they hope they can capture a job in DeMed without having to go through 10 years of learning centralized bullshit in training. When they exit they must employ massive levels of "via negativa" to become successful innovators for themselves and their patients. I have found they can if they are connected to the digital monetary network to power their careers and understand how things in our environment power their patient's mitochondria. People will pay for this value.

When challenging the opinion of a blue check doc on Twitter ask them does the US has the best healthcare outcomes in the world?

Even for white Americans living in the top 1% and 5% highest-income counties, compared to average citizens in other countries...

    ...the answer is no.

This is what the ROI of evidence-based algorithms give you. So when a blue check doc tells you their advice is based on data and you should follow it, ask them, why do outcomes suck? Since their opinion mirrors the outcomes who would listen to them rationally? = Centralized opinion suck = centralize platforms are a real collateral risk to your medical business as time elapses. https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jamainternalmedicine/fullarticle/2774561

The bigger the government, the smaller the citizen. This is why I will never be behind government-sponsored healthcare. Big government limits your freedom and autonomy. Demand to be free, not taken care of, that is your right as an American. That is why you are wise to be long BTC.

Health guidelines are built by centralized algorithms and if you do not know what the code says or how it is programmed to harm health, you’ll never understand how your healthcare is as manipulated the stock market moves. It becomes a casino game where hospitals and centralized supply chains control how care is delivered. This is why decentralized finance programs are being built on decentralized blockchains in finance to cut down the influence and costs in the Financial world. We need to stop allowing the industrial-healthcare complex to control how health care is delivered because they use centralized algorithms which cheat the public and doctors using code in those algorithms to do the job in stealth fashion. These centralized algorithms then take the ‘care’ out of health’care’.

Practicing centralized medicine is like looking through the wrong end of a telescope. When you examine the world through this lens this you get further from the truth. Using Nature as your North Star in medicine creates a decentralization practice, without effort. It is the essence of via negativa.

About 120 years ago, the medical industry was hijacked by money-hungry demons who only sought to make a profit off of your suffering. I covered this in the August 2018 webinar.

They erased all-natural healing knowledge from their textbooks & began training clinicians to only use their patented molecules

What a great scam if you run a centralized business. No wonder Rockefeller was drawn to it.

This began with the Flexner Report and John D Rockefeller, who saw an unstoppable business opportunity for the waste products of his chemical enterprise. He took garbage and monetized it. When he did that, then he centralized the monetization by creating drugs with these products. He solidified the centralized aspect of medicine by funding the Flexner report.

As a result of the Flexner Report, he controlled the curriculum off all medical schools in the US and that curriculum became the first medical algorithm. Rockefeller performed "Via negativa" on Nature, to power his new monetary network of waste chemicals. He added to his network by subtracting nature’s recipes. Big Pharma as an industry was born and continues to be unstoppable today. It creates customers and offers no cures. That is the basis of what centralized medicine has become. Conspiracy? Not at all. That is what happens when you uncouple the natural balances in nature with man’s ideas. This idea has been copied by many businesses over and over. This is why we have killer LED lights, 5G, and sunscreen. You only see the picture when you see the failures of chronic disease management in medicine and finally realize where your current reality came from. If you do not understand how the problem began you can never repair it.

Of all tyrannies, a medical tyranny exercised for good of its victims may be the most oppressive. The healthcare robber baron’s cruelty may sometimes sleep; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end, for they do so at the approval of their own conscience. They gave that control to medical algorithms that were first codified in the curriculum and are built on computer code.

Big Pharma pumps billions of dollars into marketing & use their "gold standard" science to convince you it's your ONLY option

Let me tell you something, it's bullshit. That is why their marketing is legalized lying.

Chronic diseases and mental health problems continue to skyrocket because their Rx are not cures, they just manage the disease so you have to keep coming back to the drug dealer. The point of a decentralized system of care is that there's more to your well-being than you're being led to believe

We have tremendous healing power inside of us.

Their system thrives on your passiveness. This is why you must uncouple from it. This is especially true if you are a physician.

Only you, the Black Swan Mitochondriac, can break the vicious cycle by taking full responsibility for your health by entangling once again with Nature.

    CENTRALIZED MEDICINE = FAILURE

Consider that a clear mind is one without distraction.

Clear writing is that which removes redundancies and clutter to make room only for the essential.

And a good diet removes processed foods, sugar, and other additives in exchange for real food.

A solid healthspan is built by removing technology in your environment

You can improve your life substantially by merely knowing what to avoid.

Via negativa is essentially the study of what not to do.

In decentralized living, it is a recipe for what to avoid, what not to do—subtraction, not addition, say, in medicine.

Via negative allows us to improve our critical thinking and decision making. To Make Good Decisions, Avoid Bad Ones.

DeMed espouses the belief we have the ability to say what is going to work. Rather, we should try to eliminate what’s not going to work. We believe being successful is just about not making mistakes. It’s not about having correct judgment. It’s about avoiding incorrect judgments.

For my clients to get more life, I have to teach them how to avoid death.

What do I teach people that is DeMed? I obsess over the decisions that lead to biological downside and make sure there are multiple layers of protection against losing healthspan. That’s via negativa - the recipe for what to avoid to win at the game of life.

You can improve your life substantially by subtraction:
    - remove sugar
    - remove toxic relationships
    - remove boredom
    - remove daily news
    - remove reactivity
    - remove perfectionism
    - remove excuses
    - remove jealousy
    - remove complacency
    -remove excessive blue light/nnEMF

= creating space/time for what matters.
