    Did some hiking yesterday nearby

    A bit sore today.

Attempted a couple light short sprints

It was a beautiful day in Northern California though in the upper 70s low 80s

Lots of sunlight exposure Ldn plus ubuqinol 100mg in morning and evening

Seems that UV may help supplements work better

Hi Anne lately mostly vegetarian sometimes

    Fish or chicken

I like fried potatoes in olive oil

Possibly least inflammatory food I noticed

    Had some yesterday with spinach

    Some eggs

    Trail mixes with nuts,cranberries

Today I had gluten free pasta with tomato sauce
    And 3 eggs around noon

    Hi David,
    i pm you
    have a great day.

it seems i cannot pm you.

it seems to me a 100% carnivore diet would be the best way to get rid of all the inflammatories dis ease
    you suffer from.

If you know anyone with rheumatoid or psoriatic arthritis (or most autoimmunity really), I've made a series of really short, one-minute top tip videos on all sorts of subjects, kicking off here with the first two – carnivore diet and getting confidence that you can heal naturally. The rest will be released over the coming weeks, so sign up to my YouTube channel to get notifications…

Just saw doctor kruse on FB

Sunset in florida.Go out and vote

Exercising ones civil liberties regardless of party affiliation. Its a reminder one can reap the benefits of sunlight by something autonomous like exercising one's civil liberties.I think this is good.

Been having some struggles with the cold here in Northern california temps dipping into the 60s and 50s.Hands and feet seem to be cold

Seems this point last year my cold tolerance was better.

On a positive note good to see biden win

Caught some of the masters last couple days during the day as light beamed in the room.Augusta was pretty as usual.Saw Tiger finishing up his round as the sunset then to get back up at sunrise and play 27 holes is pretty amazing with his spinal fusions.Golf seems to keep one in circadian rhythm which is nice.
I hope to see courses transition into using organic products for the grass and less chemicals.

If anyone may have any volunteer opportunities inside the 20s and low nnemf, I'd be glad to help out in any way possible

Today was in the upper 60s/low 70s

Went to a trail nearby in the evening and felt
    pretty good there

Sunlight +trees and low Nnemf seems to be pretty consistent in helping while in such an environment

Still difficulties with heavy fat/protein digestion

High carb,low-moderate fat mostly vegan seems to help with bowel movement

    Sometimes some wildblueberry smoothies

Perhaps I may go back to Epsom salt topical experiment. When I take baking soda and Himalayan salt bath the body notices less conductivity to nnemf

Will start looking into lower latitudes
