    Jack,

    My family friend just got out of the hospital and rehab facility after 3 months of dealing with covid. He has an autoimmune condition - ankylosing spondylitis. He tried to take a bath yesterday and his oxygen levels dropped, and he’s still on oxygen 24/7. He’s normal weight and leptin sensitive, definitely eats a fairly paleo diet.
    I told him to purchase https://emr-tek.com/collections/red-light-therapy

    do you have any other advice for treatment since he’s returned home? How should he be using a red light therapy device like this each day post covid?

    I sent him some interesting info from this article:
    https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7194064/
    “red and near infrared light spectra can reduce lung inflammation, lung fibrosis, pneumonia, acute respiratory disorders, and other severe complications of coronavirus infections.”

    The reason to buy red lights is to help Complex IV do its job.
    ------------
    Common names of the same thing:
    Enzyme cytochrome c oxidase
    Complex IV
    EC 1.9.3.1
    ----------------

    Cytochrome c oxidase

    The enzyme cytochrome c oxidase or Complex IV, EC 1.9.3.1,

    Complex IV per
    @Jack Kruse
    needs IRA exposure mostly at
    620, 680, 760, and 860nm.

    I’m also wondering if there are any supplements he can take/anything he can do to stop his consistently dropping oxygen levels.

  7. Please consider getting him a prescription for Fluvoxamine.

    Also consider using a Nebulizer with food grade hydrogen proxide

    From our previous discussion on
    Nebulizer with food-grade hydrogen peroxide
    ===================
    I am using a number of humidifiers that keep my whole house at 40-50% humidity.
    To supply water to my humidifiers I use RO (Reverse Osmosis) water.
    To that water, I am adding 12% Hydrogen Peroxide.
    Overall I am going thru about 12-14 gallons of water daily.

    From time to time I am standing close to the humidifier breading mostly the vapors.
    I think that that is much less obstructive than holding a nebulizer on my face and compressor in hand.

    I glad to hear the hydrogen peroxide humidifiers throughout your home have been successful for you.
    @Tfreeman may want to add this to her father's home as well.

    These humidifiers:

    This hydrogen Peroxide:

    This amount of hydrogen peroxide per gallon of Reverse Osmosis water.

    There are $2 - $400 RO machines at Amazon or Home Depot.
