Would anyone weigh in on terrible night sweats due to menopause? Will they eventually pass? Im trying to manage without hormones. Thanks in advance!

    Why?
As long as you do not use hormones meant for pregnant horses, you should get some (healthy) relief.

Thank you, Jan! Really appreciated that. Ok it was prescribed Prometrium and Estrogen. Everything within me says not to take it. I have been on it for about 4 months and its not helping anyway. So I'm not going to continue. Jack has talked in the past about Twist 25 and Julva. I have used both. if I remember if was helpful. I am having trouble getting this in Canada. Im going to request the homocysteine test. Then order 5-MTHF. Also, about red wine... I am often told red wine increases hot flashes. Any thoughts on that? Thanks!

Jack helped me with my pg/e levels about 6 years ago. Pg was in the tank. It was a pretty easy fix.

C/T was a huge help and the leptin RX and tons of sun/sand and sea and seafood.

I haven't taken any thing for quite awhile now except for Julva- once in awhile - from Dr. Anna Cabeca. She has a good website and books and is in line [somewhat] with Jack.

Almost everybody older than 20yo could use 25mg DHEA pill/day (is written someplace in lef.org)

100mg progesterone pill (right before bed), could be used by many women.

Almost everybody older than 20yo has lovered stomach acid.
That I learned about 20 years ago from Charles Poloquin (RIP).
And have been eating betaine HCL that long (to prevent GERD).
But recently, thanks to @DrEttinger I think that there are a better connection and possibly a better explanation and better ways to raise stomach acid (lover PH).
    Still working on proportions.
(GERD, low stomach acid, and muscle cramps) likely have the same origins.
