    Apolipoprotein E is an essential protein for the metabolism of cholesterol and triglycerides. It is a major component of
    plasma lipoproteins including chylomicrons, VLDL (very low density lipoproteins), IDL (intermediate density
    lipoproteins), and HDL (high density lipoproteins). There are three common genetic variants of ApoE: E2, E3 and E4,
    leading to three different conformations of the protein that affect its ability to perform its function. Because each person
    carries two copies of the ApoE gene, there are 6 possible ApoE genotypes.

    My result:
    E3/E3: The most common ApoE genotype is E3/E3 (approximately 55% of the population carries this genotype). These
    individuals express only the E3 isoform of ApoE, which is considered to be normal with no associated risk factors.
    Treatment and dietary guidelines should be determined by lipid profile results.

  2. Will do all. Will take some time. If my current DHEAs = 194.9 (range 48-244 ug/dL), how does that translate into μg/dL?

  3. Butter, coconut oil, pork lard, beef lard, whole chicken egg
    Eat one tablespoon of every type of fat and one egg daily.

    I eat either organic and grass-fed ghee or grass-fed butter (Kerrygold) a few times a day - maybe three. I have at least 1 tablespoon a day of coconut oil. Pork lard meaning bacon fat drippings? I have at least 3 to 5 raw eggs daily - pastured and organic. I have Pure Tallow with 100% grass-fed beef, but it smells like dog shit and I'm not sure what to do with it or how to cook with it?

    How do you recommend getting all of these things in me exactly if 3 x's per day when stating 1 tblspn? As an example: Let's say I'm having beef and eggs for my BAB. Not sure I get how to incorporate all.

    I only cook with ghee, coconut oil, and/or red palm oil only and at low temps. If I have olive oil, I eat it on a salad. I also try to have some avocado via guacamole - organic.

    Make a good effort to increase that to 3x/day every day -
    And are you saying I should EACH of these different types of fat you mentioned 3 x's per day?

    Get dr Kruse book on diet, follow it.

    I am just saying about emphasizing fats.
    Kerrygold=best
    Butter is about type of cows not about grass fed or not.

    I use pure beef lard from us wellness meats, it does not stink.

    Way back then, my Mom would make a laundry soap from beef lard that was questionable.

    I can't get all my daily fats all at once, easier to spread it over 2-3 meals.

    There is a such a thing as grades of intermittent fasting IF, use them to your advantage.
    3 meals/day
    2 meals/day
    1 meal/day
    meal EOD
    skip meal 1 or 2x per week

    Kerry gold is no longer best.......they have stopped using grasped only cows so K2 and BHB levels are low. Try to find an Amish farmer and get his dairy fats.

    Thanks Bill1
    Wonder if they carry it in my German store, around the corner.
    If not, they may be open to suggestions.

  9. I don't get what your formula. If I'm at 194 now, what should I be at ideally?

  10. I do have his book and I am following it.

    I'm changing to a lot more fish. Fresh fish in Arizona isn't so easy For example, last night I had Alaskan King Crab legs, in ghee. For breakfast today, I bought frozen seafood (shrimp, scallops and calamari and heated it up in beef broth, a lot of ghee, Himalayan salt, and some lemon juice. I also ate a tablespoon of Coconut Manna - that's some really good tasting stuff compared to coconut oil. For dinner I'm going to a restaurant tonight that has a ton of fresh oysters on the half shell. This is more seafood than I normally have in a month other than with sushi. And with sushi, instead of soy sauce, I will use Bragg's Coconut Amino's.

    How do you eat the beef tallow and pork lard WITH ghee, coconut oil and the other one you mentioned? Please give me a specific example.

    Also, I thought IF'ing was not healthy for those who are substantially overweight. I'm probably 65 to 75 pounds overweight.

    You cannot go by height and weight.
    Your proper weight depends on weight of bones and muscles and fat.
    It is best to go by % of body fat.

    You have said that you have eaten large amounts of fish oil,
    now,
    you are after lots of seafood.

    Luckily you have also promised to do Fatty Acid Analysis and Spectracell Micronutrient analysis.

    This board have a lots of talk about seafood and DHA,
    one may easily miss that dr Kruse recommends assistance of properly trained medical adviser.
    We need everything in proper amounts.

    I am not a doctor.
    I suggest that you do not make any changes until you post results of those tests here.

    What is your weight and height?

    Do not worry about severe IFing while overweight.
    Make sure that you stay hydrated and have sufficient electrolytes.

    Water is more important than food.
    Our mitochondria=Nuclear Power Plant, needs lots of water to give us lots of energy.
    Each of our cells have a number of them.
    Our cells are of small enough size to convert bulk water to EZ water (structured).

    One of the way to eat fats is to put them on tablespoon and the swallow.

    Best way to eat eggs is to drink it. Make two little holes and suck it in.

    This board is big on raw food.

    Drink triple or more amounts of melted ghee with Alaskan King Crab legs.

  13. I think you misunderstood. 194 is not my weight. It was for my DHEAs which was 194.9 48-244 ug/dL. You said the following:
    Eat enough DHEA pills to get DHEAs,serum:
    Men (520-640)μg/dL - What is the 194.9 in μg/dL? That was the question.

  14. Go it. What's your background and how do you know all of this stuff? Trial and error and years of doing this?

    Also, when you say water or EZ water. Should I be doing something special to my spring or RO water? How many glasses per day do you recommend?

    I have a doc, but no one understands any of this stuff and most think Dr. Kruse is "way out there or way, way ,way out there" when I show them this info. I'm sure he hears it all the time from docs especially who don't know what he's on to, nor understand it any better than I do.

    Read my post again.
    There is no misunderstanding on my part.
    Using % body fat as desirable metric
    bypasses
    need to know one's weight and height.
    ---------------
    You have posted that your
    DHEAs 194.9 48-244 ug/dL

    I suggested that you should:
    Eat enough DHEA pills to get DHEAs,serum:
    Men (520-640)μg/dL

    latter I said
    ug=μg=mg

    so
    194.9 194.9 μg/dL=194.9 ug/dL=194.9 mg/dL

    Our cells are of small enough size to convert bulk water to EZ water (structured).
    What is the difference between bulk water and EZ water.
    "Normal" liquid water, is (H2O), do not have any particular structure.

    EZ is structured (crystals, assume some solid like rigidity), (allows memory??). (H3O2)
    There is 4th phase of water, on top of commonly known Solid, Liquid and Vapor.
    During experiments, when liquid water is in a container, between container wall up to about 400nm, water absorbs light differently than beyond 400nm. (Fig. 3.13b of The 4th Phase of Water by Gerald H. Pollack)
    Light of 270nm frequency is absorbed most.
    That water is called EZ, exclusion zone water.
    Exclusion ----> because that water excludes any solutes present, and becomes very pure.
    Any surface would do. Droplet or bubble have a surface. That surface is made of EZ.
    Atomic structure of ice closely resembles atomic structure of of exclusion zone.
    Pure. Bulk water is very good solute. There is always something dissolved in bulk water. There is no way to get 100% pure bulk water.

    We are made of cells (very small). We are made mostly of water, 75%+ water. That is mostly of EZ water.

    One of the way to eat fats is to put them on tablespoon and the swallow.
    The only one I can do that with is Olive Oil, which I do not do, and Coconut Oil.
    I can't fathom doing the same with Beef Tallow. Maybe pork fat.
    Not sure I can do it with ghee, but use plenty of it on food so I think I'm getting enough there.

    Do the best you can. Coconut oil ok, easy on olive oil.

    Best way to eat eggs is to drink it. Make two little holes and suck it in.
    No problem with eating raw eggs.
    Good.

    In post #37 I said:
    Our cells are of small enough size to convert bulk water to EZ water (structured).

    Well, lets get some perspective.
    Eukarytoic cells are large comparing to a thickness of EZ, so they will have bulk and EZ water.
    Practically EZ water is not on the bulk volume but only on the hydrophilic surfaces of cells. Increasing hydrophilic forces increases thickness of EZ. We are talking of thickness of about +-400nm.

    1μm=10^(-6) m=0.000001 m
    10μm=0.00001 m average eukarytoic cell
    1nm=10^(-9) m=0.000000001 m
    400nm=0.0000004 m Exclusion Zone EZ
    0.00001/0.0000004=25

    [ quote="Jack Kruse, post: 175027, member: 1031"]It always ties back to light and circadian biology (and our master clock, the SCN). Clock neurons employ daily anti-phase sodium and potassium conductances to drive rhythmic activity. ATP and Potassium ions are linked to molecules of H2O. When you eat ketogenic you make more ATP by beta oxidation versus glucose metabolism.......36 vs 147 ATP (glucose to fat). ATP function in a quantum cell theory opens proteins structure up to expose more water binding sites in proteins. When electrons are added to proteins it makes them more hydrophilic and this increases the exclusion zone of water inside a cell to make a larger battery in which to run things more energy efficiently. As a result, the amount of ATP required by a cell is reduced. This happens in CT and in REM sleep. ATP production in a cell is stochastically linked to potassium concentration inside the cell. This is why potassium has a much higher concentration inside the cell and sodium is excluded. It is a function of protein recycling (ubiquitin) and ATP levels from mitochondria. So if you all of sudden eat ketotic, but not fat adapted, but become dehydrated quickly inside your cells (high BUN/creat ratio), you can not fully take advantage of the energy surge from water and you think you need carbohydrates to run your physiology. Water is designed to bind to very specific parts of proteins (COO- groups) and potassium to other sites (beta and gamma carbonyl and imino groups). This makes an "intracellular gelatin" or water cable that limits the rotational freedom of K+ and EZ water. EZ water has a net negative charge and K+ is positively charged so they are electrostatically attracted. This is how a cell structures its water from bulk water to structured water (EZ) to make a semiconductor. Structured water means it forms a large exclusion zone. This allows water to become a superconductive cable in a cell to transfer energy (proton tunneling) and it allows water to gain a three dimensional form similar to a liquid crystalline structure of matter. Water is anisotropic in this form so it gives energy flow a specific direction to make deterministic decision for the type of biochemistry possible. In this way what happens at a surface where water exists determines how biochemistry can proceed. to perform quantum processes in tight spaces, like microtubules........so if you are dehydrated and then switch fuels you have only done step one correctly. Go back and look at the Cold Thermogenesis protocol closely: what does it say to due before CT? It says drink cold 32 oz of water before you begin!!! Cold water contains more electrons and therefore it is easier to convert to EZ inside a cell with hydrophilic proteins. Why? What good is using cold to increase your current of flow if you don't have the EZ water surrounding your mitochondria and proteins to make the superconducting cables to begin with?

    ATP function is not its use of a high energy substrate as modern cell theory teaches.......ATP is designed to unfold proteins fully to open their carbonyl and imino side chain groups to intracellular water. EZ water is the battery that life runs upon.http://www.sciencedirect.com/…/article/pii/S0092867415009137[/quote]
