Corona - how does it affect your life?

I would love to hear how it affects you guys.
This is such a weird time to live in right now.

My main work, that should start 1.4, get postponed. The oyster beach restaurant remains closed...
My part time work by the vets, still working.

Lots of people here staying home. Fitnesstudios and shops closed, traveling and vacation not to be done, all shops closed except grocery stores...

So me it is affecting in a way that I will have way more time out in the sunshine now, at least a few more weeks :) - who knows how long this will go on....

The latest UK government's advice to people in the vulnerable group is to social distance for 12 weeks. Those that have carers going in will essentially be being supported by overworked people who are going round multiple people, and could just as easily bring the virus in. Or it could come in via the food delivery person or the postie. At the moment my elderly neighbour has carers help her with the things she struggles with, but otherwise she is pretty independent. She goes out in her invalid buggy every day to get some fresh air and sunshine, and socialise with people at her church groups or when she does a bit of fresh food shopping, which she does so that she's not reliant on ready meals. There's no wifi coming from her apartment, 5G is nowhere near us, and we're not in a high population density area. She has carefully planned her lifestyle to keep herself out of a nursing home until the end, with a good quality of life, but its the new advice that will probably make that a less likely reality.

The new measures will mean a lot of people living in an atmosphere of fear, afraid to go out the door at a time when vitamin D levels are low after the winter and we should be getting out more, possibly lonely, eating microwaved and tinned foods which are deficient in thiamine (hypoxia 5 alert), rather than getting to the shops for fresh food, getting some fresh air and saying hello to people from a reasonable distance. Less sun, less circadian rhythm control. They' could also be subjected to more nnemfs from being indoors all day, watching doom and gloom reports on tv, and with any thiamine insufficiency worsening, they will be more vulnerable to worsening immune function generally. I also wouldn't be surprised if there was a spike in depression, suicide etc.

I am involved in a small business on a small shopping mall (I'm very hands off now, mainly do the paperwork from home). Of the 7 businesses, 2 are food related, the rest not. If the 5 close for anything longer than 2 week, I reckon most will not reopen. It will be cheaper for me to pay the rent on the business premises until the lease runs out in 2 years, rather than try and keep it open in a ongoing atmosphere of fear. If I was younger and thinking of starting a small business on the high street, I would think twice about it - its this virus now, but it could be another one next year …. Society is going to change dramatically as a result of this. :(

Today is my late Dear Wife's birthday.
I usually invite family and friends to Royal Warsaw (Polish restaurant).
    Got postponed.
She died 10/5/2017, I usually have a similar gathering there in October, to talk about her.
Hopefully by then, the virus will be over.

    I stopped going to church.

If today was her birthday on Saint Patrick’s Day... sounds like she was/is your Clover! Today is my 30th Wedding Anniversary too!

I thought you might enjoy this- An Irish priest wrote this poem...

    Yes there is fear.
    Yes there is isolation.
    Yes there is panic buying.
    Yes there is sickness.
    Yes there is even death.
They say that in Wuhan after so many years of noise
You can hear the birds again.
They say that after just a few weeks of quiet
The sky is no longer thick with fumes
But blue and grey and clear.
They say that in the streets of Assisi
People are singing to each other
    across the empty squares,
    keeping their windows open
so that those who are alone
may hear the sounds of family around them.
They say that a hotel in the West of Ireland
Is offering free meals and delivery to the housebound.
Today a young woman I know
is busy spreading fliers with her number
    through the neighbourhood
So that the elders may have someone to call on.
Today Churches, Synagogues, Mosques and Temples
    are preparing to welcome
and shelter the homeless, the sick, the weary
All over the world people are slowing down and reflecting
All over the world people are looking at their neighbours in a new way
All over the world people are waking up to a new reality
To how big we really are.
To how little control we really have.
    To what really matters.
    To Love.
So we pray and we remember that
    Yes there is fear.
But there does not have to be hate.
    Yes there is isolation.
But there does not have to be loneliness.
    Yes there is panic buying.
But there does not have to be meanness.
    Yes there is sickness.
But there does not have to be disease of the soul
    Yes there is even death.
But there can always be a rebirth of love.
Wake to the choices you make as to how to live now.
    Today, breathe.
Listen, behind the factory noises of your panic
    The birds are singing again
    The sky is clearing,
    Spring is coming,
And we are always encompassed by Love.
Open the windows of your soul
And though you may not be able
to touch across the empty square,

All the people in cities who live in buildings where windows don't open or aren't south facing won't get any UV sunlight except maybe one day a week briefly. Even regular prisoners get at least an hour of direct sunlight every day. Everyone's immune system will implode. Impressive martial law policy's been rolled out all over the west and since it's called social distancing almost everyone thinks it's for their benefit from a flu. 12 million people die every year from car accidents, alcohol, and chemical cigarettes another 50 million injured, only 7k have died from this flu but the global economy is being terminated perhaps in perpetuity. No small business will survive. We've known 5G was the endgame but this just puts it in hyperdrive.

The oligarchs know if even 25% of commercial air traffic is grounded the global average temperature will rise by 1 deg C in weeks with reduction of aerosol masking effect leading runaway warming and total summer Arctic albedo loss within a year or two, the blue ocean event. If they do it maybe they'll supplant with equal amount of geoengineering flights to prevent this.

This is insanity even beyond anyone's conception. Pray for humanity and that we use compassion and enlightenment during this transition.

So far little has changed for me personally. I will see tomorrow morning if the babushkas are still selling milk and cheese on the street next to the bazaar. They were still there on Sunday, and the bazaar was still open and could buy meat milk and cheese like I usually do. Listings for animals are still online as well. I I went tanning for about an hour today. I should be spending most of the time outdoors at this point the weather is good enough.

I worked from home already, still doing that. Still out often in the sun, and have used my Sperti and red lights throughout winter.
I don't worry much, just eat fish and catch sun rays.

We re all enclosed at home in Spain. Me my brother and parents were lucky to be in the village house at the time, since we got a decent garden and Sun exposure.

I m veeery very confused about so many things. Emf, climate change, geoengineering and this virus now. I feel hunger about knowing the truth about things or at least different perspectives from more informed people. It is tough not knowing what to believe. I m pretty convinced official explanations are wrong or misleading in many ways, but don t know how to distinguish truth from false. Many times things are half truths and devil lies in the details. Many events should be explained in terms of contributions from many different causes, rather than easy explanation cause life is complex
. It is very tough to be in this mental place of knowing you don t know, but at least i don't fall prey into the easy explanations people gravitate towards just to satisfy our need for security, living like robots though group think.

I m studying to take hard exam for public job but lately i cannot concentrate really, so many things going around.
Economic uncertainty is huge. My parents are pretty decent financially but other family members and many people around will have big problems. And last week i was joking about the focking virus. People are already been fired

I m just confused in search for clarity. I feel deeply incomprehended by peers and around people who have the illusion of knowledge and I know they are wrong in so many things but they keep being closed minded as fuck, they don t question stuff... i feel their thinking is off in many ways

Anyhow i also see a ton of hope and eager to learn things and grow from all these crisis, like fucking Fénix :)

Ultimately i feel it is all mental/emotional. I need to FULLY accept worst case scenario (lets say, Human extinction) and work from there... take care swans !!!

Pd: i got intriged by saichi's commentary hmm...

This is a time where it is good to have a mental/emotional suit of armor, that is, a stable emotional makeup and belief in a higher power.

No, the world isn't going to end. No, we are not going into extinction. Take a breath and stay calm.

Humanity has faced greater crises (for examples, consider Spanish Flu in 1918 and World War II in Europe and Asia) and bounced back completely within a short span of years, even though millions of lives were lost and extreme devastation and privation prevailed across regions.

Ignore doomsayers saying the sky is falling, and also ignore happy-go-lucky fools minimizing or denying the situation.

Understand that this situation is a rare learning opportunity for those seeking the truth and willing to be humble.

I suspect this virus is no different than others in the sense that it will succumb to the natural order of things and gradually fade away to insignificance in time. Nature is always in charge, despite human conceit and hubris.

I've had a rethink about the global temperature rise from commercial air traffic grounding. When the oligarchs measured the rise after 9/11 by grounding all flights, they also grounded all the geoengineering planes at the same time. Commercial planes release no reflective contrails and their particulate pollution from fuel combustion is minuscule compared to the geoengineering planes. Government sponsored science obviously denies any existence of geoengineering and they attributed the temperature rise to commercial traffic but I believe now in reality it's the geoengineering planes responsible for the aerosol masking effect.

Ironically I feel worse about this reality which means we're consigned to geoengineering, poisoning the planet, in order to delay mammalian extinction. Of course nano-aluminum doesn't have to be the primary aerosol but we know that won't change. Wouldn't be surprised if coronavirus is one of the biologicals also being sprayed. Anyone paying attention to nature, the skies, has noticed many of the planes been spraying quickly dissipating trails, meaning no metals, according to Wigington's lab tests unknown biologicals, surfactants, and nano-polymers are also detected.

The other effect is that I had already decided not to go to Spain next month to visit DS2, who is doing a year at a University there. Didn't want to get caught up in an enforced quarantine either over there, or when I came back. I'm now waiting to hear from him whether the university will extend the 2 weeks closure to the end of term. Then I suspect it will be online lectures and doing exams at his UK university. If that decision is made then hopefully there will still be flights/crossings from airlines and ferry companies available, although I suspect it will cost more.

It has been reported on the forum that Jack has apparently said on the Coronavirus Q&A that "New York, UK, New England..... "death trap".

Perhaps New York, UK and New England were mentioned because of where people on the Q&A were calling in from, and the context is clearer in the whole recording, but there's plenty of places in Europe at the same or higher latitude. London or other high population density towns and cities in the UK don't represent the UK as a whole, any more than 5G cities in any country in Europe reflect the whole country. I doubt my son is better off stuck indoors in a shared student apartment in a 5G university city in Spain, than coming home to "death trap" UK.

With Brexit and now the virus, hacking the UK has become the only game in town for me, at least for now. With the right decisions on where to get to, or stay at if already there, I think it can be done. Onward and upwards. :)

Mmmm I like your attitude, thanks...Crisis are perfect times to practice calmness, the bigger they are the better opportunity. Even wars are opportunities to practice so many attitudes difficult to truly cultivate in peaceful and "good" times.
You reminded me of wonderful pOEM "If" from Rudyard Kipling.. Actually i probably even need more bad things to practice this, no joke

Ohhh i need to print this poem and read everyday, love it. So true IMO

Sue, you mentioned that you’re not in a high population density area over there in the UK. I remember from Jack’s Vermont 2018 talk he said what we had going for us in the Vermont, New Hampshire (where I live now) area is the low population density despite the high altitude and that we can use the cold to create the light in our bodies that we lack from our environment. When I read your comment quoted above, I hoped that it was generalizing NE as the population dense areas and not those living in the mountains, miles away from their little towns and even neighbors.

I did have a dream last night that I told my family I was following Tom Brady to Tampa, Florida. Better than Boston, I’m sure. But as for now, my goal, similar to yours, is to hack living at the 43rd latitude.

My sister works at a hospital where she will be handling the drive-thru coronavirus tests. At the hospital they have either postponed or cancelled all elective surgeries. Our priest, due to marry us this summer, has a kidney transplant scheduled this spring so we are praying that everything goes well with him, whether his surgery is postponed or not. He conducts mass but does not stick around to greet parishioners before/after. My fiancé manages a WFM in a larger NH city outside of Boston. Because of their positions, my family has decided to put off gathering for Sunday dinners together at least until Easter. My aunt and uncle, both over 65 and with cancer and other underlying health conditions, are living with my parents at the moment and we want to maintain their current state of health. Other than that, my life has not been affected for now. My fiance’s store has been wiped out but there are plenty of our frozen, cooked mussels that we eat multiple times a week. Apparently no one wants that!

I have stopped trying to guess the origins, the purpose, the truth and the “they” behind this pandemic. All I feel is worth the effort is to examine the current and predictive consequences in order to turn lead into gold here in my little old world.

I'd hope it was generalising NE as much as it was generalising the UK. :) I certainly don't see the whole of the UK as a death trap. I'll be moving to my summer residence (2 mobile homes) next week (going from at a guess less than 1000 people in a 1 mile radius to less than 100), no 5G at either, and neither is anything like living in London. Then there's that the total number of hours of sunshine in a year varies in the UK, and there are microclimates that farming makes use of to grow crops other parts of the country can't grow. The trick with the cold I think is if we can create the light in our bodies that we lack from our environment during winter, and whether it can be stopped from leaking into the environment. Also there is whether the light (including heat) naturally emitted from cells can be recycled like the polar bear does it. ;) Winter battery. Heading now into summer battery time. :D

Thank you guys for you sharing! I very much appreciate the personal stories.. it brings a sanity and real touch to it all. Please continue sharing.

I was shopping today, and funny enough all healthy things that I usually buy is more than enough there...lol
I bough me a big chunk of raw sheepmilk cheese covered in rosemary, and some Roquefort cheese too + a bottle of Bordeaux.. figured now when I have more time I might as well celebrate a little ;)
I have a feeling we can learn a ton out of this experience. Also I am following the news and watching where the outbreaks gets worse and what age group is affected and how much. It is very interesting. Also comparing to the 5G rollout map, and pop.density.

They just said it the news here that in Berlin, it is somehow odd that there are many more young and adult people than older people getting sick..
    Berlin has 5G rolled out....

I am feeling so calm. Everything has calmed/slowed down so much. My life used to be so uncertain always... being married to an alcoholic for 15 years and then other traumatic stuff happening. So I was so used to live in ongoing stress somehow. I never knew what will happen tomorrow. And now.. right now.. no one knows! All you can do is do your best, and then lay back and wait.

I believe what Jack try to warn about is being trapped in a population dense area up in the north. Of course it also matter what your redox is, and how your environment looks like overall.

I personally feel like as long as I have lots of wild nature around to me - it is my savior. I know where I can go and recharge. I would never want to be stuck in a city now, or in the future.
On the countryside you have way more space to move even if everyone will be set into house arrest. A garden, a terrace, to ground and tan on...lots of space away from others gadgets! ;)

    love it Sue :) :)
    I too :)
Tomorrow the weather changes from gray and rainy to more sunny, I cant wait to spend all day outside in the sun :) :) I am kind of excited to have way more time for laying naked in the sun now when everything has stopped up - even if I do feel a little sad too, that my favorite work is not starting yet. But I am also appreciating what good this change brings.
Because in every challenge lies a opportunity to grow. Become more aware.

And thankfully the German government do take care and pays unemployment money so I can still pay my rent and buy food, even if I cant work. They have made it very uncomplicated(here normally everything is very complicated! Paperwork to no end..). I just called there, and they said I do not need to bring any documents or anything, payment will continue.
    Makes me feel very thankful.
