This is bomb for a fish tacos - I don't specify amounts because intuition I think is crucial
in the kitchen and creates the real magic. (oh I hope this fits into the Epi paleo RX; I think habanero's do)

-coconut cream (native forest is best)
    - habanero diced thin - go easy and take seeds out
    - chipotle - de seeded
    - ginger (lots)
    - lime juice and skin
    - turmeric - diced
    - sea salt
    - bone broth powder

put in little bullet blender and mix till creamy - great for little dip with chips or
    on pescado. Great mayo alternative

great idea with garlic press; yes indeed

the bone broth powder firms it up a bit kind of like throwing file in a gumbo
    but on the healthy spectrum
