    Hi all,

Jason here from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. This is my journal/journey!

    Todays small wins:
-Installed iris software on my computer (www.iristech.co)
-Heading out in the -20 degrees winter figure out how to get my skin in this game.

This journal will be about my small changes every day, but more importantly documenting my escape plan to move to the tropics during winter months.

    Chow for now,
    J

The thyroid rides kind of high on the throat so a collar may not cover enough of it. I resort to turtlenecks and scarfs.

Great enthusiasm. Your journal is a fun read.

Having to go back to the drawing board is a great thing. I've made up lots of things that didn't work, broke, or I blew up. My high school electronics teacher told me that if I didn't blow something up in the first year I wasn't learning enough.

As your redox improves more ideas will likely pop up out of the blue. I recommend keeping a notebook around you like on a nightstand or in the crapper.

Thanks Drezy for writing. Im' glad. Another idea i am super pumped about is starting a "sunrise club" hahaha.
I'm going to enlist people, and then educate them what I know about light now. It will be like an accountability test. ... if they want more of my time and advice, you can only get it at sunrise. lol

    cheers

    Day 4 of change:
1.execution: made it to the mountains
2.spreading the gospel of light like wild fire- patients, practitioners, friends, family.

Rant on: I feel I will get to decide and determine who i choose to upgrade or downgrade into and out of my circle in the coming months... mercilessly embraces like never before.
Since the vip event with Jack, my demeanour has completely changed from one of tact, politeness to one of bluntness, truth. Time is so important to me now, and this will be a very fun and empowering fact finding mission to vocalize what’s truly on my mind about people around me— and see how they react. The difference is always intention: are you doing it to harm (whether it harms them transiently is irrelevant) or to seek stripped down truth. There is a time and place for tact..but if you know anyone longer than 24 hours... my guess is tact dies thereafter.

My litmus test that has awoken inside me has always been people choosing ego over truth - it pissses me off to the max. And I’m going to either burn those bridges like the plague or teach truth to it. Some people suprise me with how they readapt to you and the fitness test so to speak - and how others don’t.

    Rant off

    Rant 2:

I tagged along with my cousins whom own property in the mountains. As I drove with them.. it become more clear to me how entrenched in their family business they all were / there was no off switch / it had becoming a f****ing obsession as I listened in on him conference calling people on the drive. It reminded me of me- 1 week ago. Was he happy: sure. Was he successful: sure. But I couldn’t help but think this man had no idea how to go for a retreat and actually... retreat. This was me 7 days ago. As we sat down for dinner in calgary at His top customers acclaimed “vegan” restaurant, I couldn’t help but chuckle inside. Then it hit me: success is defined by the individual. Success.. is designed by the individual. There was no convincing this man that taking a break from
His work.. for his life.. was important. Yet he felt successful. They felt pumped about their vegan business and “believed” as do many, that it’s the healthy, conscious way to go. But they didnt know jack - no pun intended :)

People do better when they know better.. I know better and have redefined success as it relates to me... and that’s widely different from 7 days ago and my cousins idea of successs. I suppose if the earth was create by jesus in 7 days- so too I can change in 7 days :)

I feel like I have went from jack shit in a box To a jackhammer with f****ing superpowers with the thinking I have now. I dont know though... If its a super power or a super Schtick— it’s probably both. But i don’t really care.

    Out.

Learning Of the morning: Sunrise time does not equal time you actually see the sun come
    Over the mountain. Lol
