Real patient from the Boston Ivory tower

"My husband found out about 3 months ago that he has both a very high CAC and also has on-going bouts with gout. I started him on a VERY low carb diet, got him to quit smoking cigars and had him cut out 99% of his alcohol intake. He stopped all sugar and grains and began doing the sun during the AM for two hours. He dropped 35 pounds and feels much better. However, both his Cardiologist, at Mass General Hospital, and his Rheumotologist say that diet has nothing to do with his medical problems. And, to add insult to injury, they BOTH say that neither issue has any overlap with the other condition. Are you kidding me? The cardiologist wants him on a very high statin to get his LDL to below 50!!!!! and his Rheumotologist says don't worry about your routine, I'll take care of you with 300mg of Allopurinol forever (basically saying "I'll be your drug dealer for the rest of your life").
I'm so disappointed and disgusted with the medical establishment (and Mass General specifically) that I can't even take it!"

  4. Dr. @Jack Kruse - Why is medical science interested in neurons’ use of mRNA localization and local translation to achieve different purposes?
    https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7519968/

What maybe the mechanism of action that mRNAs traffic signals into axons?
Could a vaccine facilitate a disruption of neuron firing?
How much profit could this bring in?

    upload_2022-10-8_9-7-25.png
mRNA localization plays significant role in multiple aspects of neuronal development and maintenance. mRNA localization coupled to local translation is important in various events, such as neuroblast division, axon guidance and synaptogenesis, and sustained neuronal activities in developing and mature neurons.

Many aspects of neuron behaviour and signalling in the central nervous system (CNS) require spatial control over the distribution of proteins.

The positioning of proteins to different regions of the neuron can determine their function. The common depiction in the central idea of molecular biology that mRNAs is transcript molecules for transferring nuclear information in the DNA to the protein synthesis machinery in the cytoplasm has changed.

Local control over the expression of genes can be achieved by trafficking mRNA molecules to different subcellular compartments, where they are translated to their protein products.

Thus, mRNAs can have active roles in regulating protein expression through their subcellular localization and local translation.

Is it possible to introduce mutations in several RBPs, toxic RNA repeats, or other defects in post-transcriptional regulation contribute to a variety of neurons?

mRNA vaccines are essentially plug and play.
We believe you can change the part of the mRNA that encodes a protein, plugging in new code specific to the virus we hope to protect against, and cause one’s body to produce proteins that match that virus’ proteins. We do not have to develop and manufacture an entirely new formula.”
    OK, hard to believe?
Differential regulation of local mRNA dynamics and translation following long-term potentiation and depression
    https://www.pnas.org/doi/10.1073/pnas.2017578118
We found that alterations in mRNA movements occur independently of their translational state, indicating a multistep mechanism of capture and decoding of an mRNA to determine when translation occurs.

    upload_2022-10-8_9-31-29.png

We characterized the dynamics and translation of three individual endogenous mRNAs: Camk2a, β-actin, and Psd95, during basal neuronal activity and plasticity. In live hippocampal neurons we provide evidence that mRNAs exist in heterogenous copy number organizational states.

We found that ribosome association directly influences mRNA dynamics, suggesting that mRNA translation is likely restricted to nontransporting mRNAs exclusively within the dendrite.

In our experiments, mRNAs were sequestered, exhibiting reduced mobility following plasticity.

Given that specific signaling cascades are turned on by distinct forms of plasticity, these cascades likely influence changes in posttranslational modifications of RBPs on particular transcripts, regulating their “translatability.”
Is depression of mental cognitive function a predicted outcome of the mRNA COVID vaccine?

  5. Metformin’s growth in profits from Million USD to Multi millions USD from 2017 to 2022.
Metformin prescriptions have averaged 86 million per year from 2014 to 2020.

So why is Metformin so successful -> It inhibits many pathways in our mitochondria electron-transport-chain function. So how may Metformin lower our mitochondria redox-potential?

Mitochondria use charge variation to make them energy efficient. Every cell depends on healthy mitochondrial function.

Metformin is a Biguanide <- click on it.

Biguanides work by preventing mitochondria function in the liver from converting (metabolizm) of fats and amino-acids into glucose.

    https://pubchem.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/compound/biguanide
    1-(diaminomethylidene)guanidine

Our results are consistent with older reports that guanidine compounds, including methylguanidine and dimethylguanidine, increase blood pressure following intravenous injection.

Bi-guanidines -> Inhibition of nitric oxide formation by guanidines

Guanidine were the most potent inhibitors of the vascular constitutive isoform of NO synthase. 1,1-dimethylguanidine, like L-NMMA, is a relatively potent inhibitor of both isoforms of NO synthase.

The mechanisms of action of "purported" for metformin

Ok so, primary drug guanidine marketed as Metformin interferes with our mitochondria electron-chain-transport through multiple pathways.

Guanidine compounds inhibits the Voltage-Gated potassium (Kv) channels, disrupting the protein-lipid interfaces, direct interaction with the voltage sensors, and pore-binding.

Inhibition of nitric oxide formation by guanidines

Our results are consistent with older reports that guanidine compounds, including methylguanidine and dimethylguanidine, increase blood pressure following intravenous injection.
So, what happens when we intentionally inhibit the voltage-gated channels to our cells? -> reduction in redox.

Metformin has been shown to act via both AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK)-dependent and AMPK-independent mechanisms; by inhibition of mitochondrial respiration but also perhaps by inhibition of mitochondrial glycerophosphate dehydrogenase, and a mechanism involving the lysosome.

    upload_2022-10-23_8-14-45.png

The primary drug is 1-(diaminomethylidene)guanidine, so let's look at guanidine -> again...

We report that biguanides inhibit complex I by inhibiting ubiquinone reduction (but not competitively) and, independently, stimulate reactive oxygen species production by the complex I flavin. Biguanides also inhibit mitochondrial ATP synthase, and two of them inhibit only ATP hydrolysis, not synthesis. Thus we identify biguanides as a new class of complex I and ATP synthase inhibitor.

This report has revealed the dual effect for metformin on NADH oxidation: inhibiting the extramitochondrial oxidation of NADH produced by glycolysis, as well as the oxidation of NADH produced in (or shuttled into) the mitochondrial matrix.

"Metformin-induced decreases in mitochondrial ATP synthesis may directly cause cell death"

Now isn't that just wonderful - Medical intervention.

The Multi millions business of Metformin is protected to have a much greater growth in profits now after COVID.

Shall we say it again - thank you, thank you centralized medicine.

Let us bow to the cow of medical science and just try to find any PubMed or medical journal that will speak against the glorious benefits of this next resurgence (marketing effort) for Metformin.

  6. It has been recently found that static magnetic fields can enhance the anticancer effect of chemotherapeutic drugs.

Since centralized medicine is all about interfering with biological function, it makes sense that "medical science" touts this as an advantage.

    https://www.hindawi.com/journals/bmri/2013/602987/
The frequency of exposure to SMFs has increased with rapid advances in science and technology.

Static magnetic fields (SMF) have an influence the ROS modulation (generation/reduction) from enzymatic reactions in cell-free solutions. The SMF effects play significant roles in the endogenous and exogenous ROS modulation in biological systems.

Data shows that SMF increases free radical production, like superoxide anions in different cells and organs.

SMF effects lead to genetic mutation and apoptosis/necrosis have been found.

DNA is damaged were formed inside cells. Free radicals affect cells by damaging macromolecules, such as DNA, protein, and membrane lipids.

An increasing number of evidence indicates that SMFs are capable of altering apoptosis, mainly through modulation of Ca2+ influx.

SMF induced apoptosis resulting in thymic cell death.

Conclusions are as follows: the primary cause of changes in cells after incubation in external SMF provides disruption of free radical metabolism and elevation of their concentration. Such disruption causes oxidative stress and, as a result, damages ion channels, leading to changes in cell morphology and expression of different genes and proteins and also changes in apoptosis and proliferation.

This medical paper ends with - "These studies provide valuable insight into the phenomenon of biomagnetism and open new avenues for the development of new medical applications."

Shall we say it again - Thank you, thank you - centralized medical science.

  7. Have you heard of Kuvan? A drug whose market should increase by 11% over the next few years.
Kuvan is a Tetrahydrobiopterin (BH4, THB), also known as sapropterin (INN).
It is used to degrade the amino acid - phenylalanine and inhibit the biosynthesis of the neurotransmitters
and reduces the production of nitric oxide (NO).

It does this by inhibiting the function of eNOS by switching NO to OO-, promotes formation of ONOO-, inducing a feed forward cycle of more NO depletion and NOS-Uncoupling.

Deterioration of either the structure or function of endothelial cells (ECs), by any cause (ECs) results in a variety of cardiovascular diseases. Previous studies have shown that reactive oxygen species (ROS) is a key factor that contributes to the impairment of ECs and the subsequent endothelial dysfunction.

Redox Regulation of Endothelial Cell Fate

Reactive nitrogen species and reactive oxygen species derived from NAD(P)H oxidases, mitochondria, or nitric oxide-producing enzymes are not only cytotoxic but also compose a signaling network in the redox system.

New blog on quantum biology of water.
Increasing the efficiency of magnets, whether man-made superconducting magnets or pieces of iron, can be accomplished by altering the temperature of the material or device. Water also acts like a bar magnet in cells and a lack of water means there is less magnetic flux in neurons to move water around in neurons. Vasopressin helps add a more negative charge to water networks in the brain. Vasopressin does this by adding a ton of negatively charged oxygen atoms making water more susceptible to magnetic fields. Vasopressin is normally released at night when water production in the brain is diminished. Understanding the mechanics of electron flow and electromagnetic interaction allows scientists and engineers to create these powerful magnets. Without the ability to improve magnetic fields by lowering the temperature, adding a negative charge to them, which is beneficial in high-power magnets, such as the ones used in MRI machines, would be out of reach.

All 3 actresses Selma Blair, Rachel Miner, and Tamara Feldman (who recently changed her name to Amara Zaragoza.) are vegan/vegetarian and all three have developed Multiple Sclerosis within the last few years. All three should learn about the link between the sun, mitochondrial water production, vasopressin-induced light stress, and the incidence and prevalence of developing multiple sclerosis. MS is a disease of bad circadian clock management. I wonder if they realize that being vegan at higher latitude raises the stakes higher for relapsing MS and disease severity making the NEED for the more tropical sun in their lives greater?

MS is an inflammatory disease of myelin-producing cells (oligodendroglia cells) that become filled with deuterium in Kreb's bicycle to block the aquaporin (AQA) 4 gates. Sunlight can make many anti-inflammatory chemokines, which is why the Vitamin D level is linked to MS risk. If you have ANY Autoimmune condition you need to move closer to the tropics where the sun can help you create more water in your mitochondria to reduce the amount of excessive vasopressin release during the wrong time of the day that leads to disease. This blog explains how you can reverse this process in YOURSELF. Food will never fix the defect because it is fundamentally a LIGHT problem that induces light stress damage to the AQA 4 gates in myelin cells. It is tied to the broken circadian mechanism built into vasopressin release by artificial forms of light not normally found in terrestrial sunlight.

Here is an epic blog article I put out years ago to teach you how to reverse skin atrophy from solar disuse. It describes how to build your solar callus naturally to offset the blue-lit/ nnEMF world we've built around us. This technocratic world is destroying our biological blueprint. Your solar callus not only offers protection but is an ideal way to absorb all frequencies of terrestrial sunlight properly to get light into your system build wellness and improve your immunity. Building your skin up to handle the sun is the first step in properly structuring water in you to become quantum coherent and energy efficient. Our skin tones are tied to our solar callus and are perceived as the most healthy and attractive to humans. We now know that red and yellow skin tones make you appear more attractive and send visual wireless signals to other retinas and brains that your immune system is becoming programmed properly and optimized for health. Being pale is not a sign of wellness contrary to popular dermatologic speeches. Being pale = the largest organ in your body has atrophied. Even animals besides humans use their solar callus to draw mates.

Folks who spend time in the sun can change their surface color by assimilating certain frequencies of sunlight to take red tones because IR-A light increases our RBC's production when our skin is hit with sunlight it undergoes dermal pooling to make our skin flush with blood. When the sun has powerful UV light shining on our skin and eyes (latitude-based), more oxygen is found in our blood changing its color to a deep red due to the increased amount of oxygen in it. From a biological/anthropological perspective, this signals health and vitality and high redox potential to members of our species who see us in nature. The use of sunscreen is the most common form of modern skin atrophy in humans. It isn't mining. https://www.patreon.com/posts/13077291

AVMs can be taken care of via open or closed techniques. Centralized health care calls open surgery = surgery done by cutting with surgical steal = maximal surgery. Closed = embolization which uses Xray radiation = minimally invasive surgery.

Endovascular embolization is a minimally invasive procedure using a catheter to enter the patient's arteries and close maldeveloped blood vessels. It works particularly well for fistulas, and as an add-on therapy for open surgery and radiation of AVMs.

Another effective, minimally invasive option is radiosurgery ablation. The outpatient radiation treatment targets the vascular abnormality with sophisticated computer programs that precisely radiates the site of the abnormality. Treatments are done with meticulous planning and take around one hour. For larger malformations, treatment can be broken up into multiple lower-dose sessions.

    The drawback of radiation?

Radiation toxicity happens immediately but its end process is the ultimate tissue destruction that takes time — sometimes over the course of two to five years to experience the full effect. radiation destroys the organization of the tissue that was targeted. The problem is centralized MDs do not realize tissues have optical windows and just because they are targeted does not mean there is not a change to the optical density of the tissues from indirect effects of the radiation. Xray Radiation scars tissues and dehydrates it.

From a decentralized perspective nothing is minimally invasive when it comes to the use of radiation outside the visible spectrum or terrestrial sunlight. Why do I say this? Energy is trapped directly at the electronic level in cells. Energy is stored not only as vibrational and electronic bond energies in biochemicals, or genes (clock genes PER/HIF-1), but also in the structure of the system: its membranes, and in gradients, fields and flow patterns, compartments, organelles, cell water and tissues. All this in turn enables organisms to mobilize their energies coherently at any time it is needed and hence make available the entire spectrum of stored energies for physiological work. It is energy on demand by atomic design = information/energy on demand is possible because of this arrangement.

Use of a minimally invasive techniques is an oxymoron because all them employ the use of radiation and this lowers tissue redox by dehydrating it and scarring it.

Where has the common sense gone? The common sense deficit appears to involve a lack of intuitive attunement and a disconnection from nature.

I wanted to share this on a thread about schizophrenia but couldn’t find one. I know Jack has previously written blogs (CPC #64) and he has already predicted this would happen. I’ve also been noticing a big disconnect with the younger generations getting much worse. Just thought I’d share some truth injected with propaganda... I would definitely reread CPC #64 it connects a lot of dots!

Truth is achieved only through awareness. It is not a mental process at all. You are not to think the truth; rather, you have to stop all past beliefs to open the door to find the truth; you have to forget all about the 'old truth' to know a new truth. Today's truth is an approximation of the truth because it has to be chronically updated with new data. When one can just watch without any judgment interfering, without any old ideas coming in, then the new truth is revealed to you. Light trumps food at all levels. What is the basis of this statement? When the circadian mechanism is defective your cell has some level of hypoxia. When you're a mitochondriac you must begin to investigate whether hypoxia- and HIF1A-PER2-dependent pathways might regulate SIRT expression of metabolic pathways to show why light trumps food by controlling the enzymatic machinery that controls the flux of the TCA cycle. Some of us figured it out and that is how My Leptin Rx was born. It also underpins why mental disease occurs.

Are contradictions real? Or is our premise incorrect? As long as life contains a special interest (Centralized Pharma), the truth will be bent by someone. The world is a controversy but the cosmos is a paradox. Nature is the ultimate contraindication for the modern world.
