Your environment determines how your metabolism, fecundity, and immunity works. Environment trumps food, again.
How-many patients have healed to where they can eat gluten and they literally have tests proving they have BOTH the celiac and gluten intolerance genes. It can be done, but then you need to go back to real and organic versions of gluten...........and real versions of light called the sunlight.
AVOID ALAN if you have celiac disease. Once ALAN is around your celiac kicks your ass once again. It is the light and not the food folks that are the key driver. Do I believe there are somewhere the combination is a problem when they have low redox? Yes. The experience of the Dutch Winter starvation event makes me believe this from 1944.

  2. The use of glyphosate is off the charts in NZ
New Zealand’s primary producers who use glyphosate as an integral tool for production argue they will need both time and techniques to transition away from this very efficient and cheap chemical.
New Zealand scientists maintaines that there is a lack of evidence.
Glyphosate's link to Celiac is mounting

It is not just -> "Classification of the glyphosate target enzyme (5-enolpyruvylshikimate-3-phosphate synthase) for assessing sensitivity of organisms to the herbicide" https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0304389420325462?via=ihub

Glyphosate interferes with ALA biosynthesis by controlling the conversion of alpha-ketoglutarate to ALA and/or the condensation of glycine with succinyl-CoA to form ALA and CO2.

The glyphosate inhibits the shikimate pathway of the synthesis of amino acids such as phenylalanine, tyrosine, and tryptophan.

One key metabolite induced by GBHs exposure is homocysteine, a non-proteinogenic α-amino acid, biosynthesized from methionine that can be remethylated back into methionine or converted into cysteine with the aid of certain B-vitamins. Homocysteine metabolism is highly dependent on vitamin derived cofactors; deficiencies in vitamin B12, folic acid and vitamin B6 are associated with higher levels of homocysteine in blood (hyperhomocysteinemia). In addition to homocysteine, we also observed GBH-induced changes in methionine and N-methylglutamate also involved in one carbon metabolism. Interestingly, probiotic bacteria, including Prevotella using products of the shikimate pathway, which is inhibited by GBHs, can biosynthesize B vitamins including folate.
We've been told from "Grain Brain" and beyond that the lectins of wheat are the enemy of our microbiome; however, the story didn't stop there. Glyphosate plus alien light and man-made nnEMF now take the story to every higher levels of toxicity.

Separating the Empirical Wheat From the Pseudoscientific Chaff: A Critical Review of the Literature Surrounding Glyphosate, Dysbiosis and Wheat-Sensitivity
Glyphosate is a critical environmental trigger in the etiology of several disease states associated with dysbiosis, including celiac disease, inflammatory bowel disease and irritable bowel syndrome. Glyphosate exposure may also have consequences for mental health, including anxiety and depression, through alterations in the gut microbiome.
