Caffeine and EMF, Steamed Sencha tea

    I have read about coffee having undesirable metabolic and circadian effects that are increased by EMF exposures. Since steamed (not pan-fired) Sencha tea has other bioactive components, like theanine, in addition to caffeine, does this make it better or worse?
