this recipe became quickly my kids favourite and our occasional guests usually do not believe the recipe works ;-) very fast and very simple and very good.

    1. take about half bar of butter and melt it (bano maria) together with about half bar of pure chocolate (for example 99% lindt available anywhere)

    2. separate 3 egg yolks and beat them in blender quickly with a spoon of hardwood xylit (you can avoid it and make the brownie competely without any sweetener and sprinkle some honey on top before serving) and vanilla to taste

    3. beat the egg whites to the foam and if you have any leftover egg white from breakfast, add it too. the brownie will have lighter structure with just one more egg white.

    4. now add to the mixture in blender the melted butter with chocolate, one more spoon of powedered cocoa (if you want the taste very intensive) and a spoon of fine coconut flour and blend it all together till well combined.

    5. now add the egg white foam amd mix well

    6. pour it to the cristal pan covered with baking paper and bake for about 14 min at 175 degrees celsius (it should be firm on touch)

    7. best served with honey, raw cream (if tolerated), dried or fresh berries etc.

    Sounds good!

Will try this when I have a dark chocolate craving (haven't craved it in the past 4-5 months at all).

  4. wow, thanks for the recipe. i hate the pure chocolate from lindt, so this might be a good alternative to pimp it up...
