I think so Caroline ,I don't think we can hide so as Jack has stated time to build a fortress.

After listening to the January Webinar A KEY 5G HACK IS FLOATING and the advice Jack gave re flotation and purple/red light
I found a company here in Sydney that provides this service.
I have had 5 floats and have noticed the following
    Deeper sleep
More relaxed/calm which lasts for several days
Increased problem solving (this is notable during my work day)
    Skin is softer

Will keep you all posted as I am experimenting with Black lights but in the interim I asked the manager to set the lighting to a "Purple tone" which he happily facilitated. float.jpg

I love floating in the sea when its calm Caroline only when others are around ..as you are already aware we have a problem with sharks so im hedging my bets someone else will get bitten before they see me floating like prey or drift off into a rip.
And this is where the issue is ...as great as the sea is your senses are still activated for the "what if" a flotation tank removes all these issues so you get that true isolation/seperation feeling. The float tank allows you the opportunity for your cells to work on themselves without all the extra outside sensory stimulus coming in.
The negatives of the float tank are I am not collecting electrons, photons and synchronization from the schumann resonance as I would be from being in sea water and direct full spectrum Sunlight.
But I guess its a tool to be used with everything else we are learning from Jack.

Nothing beats walking the shoreline early morning barefoot as you know Caroline

I wonder this when in water too.

Is the shark more likely to think:
"MMMmmm, look at those people leaking UV just like in the Van Wijk book..."
    OR
"OH look at that low deuterium Brent snack that's obviously the healthier choice..."

I recently purchased a red light panel ,coming out of Australian summer I feel my redox is high and overall feel great. Even though its early days I've had a Acromioclavicular (AC) Joint Injury spanning back to my late 20"s when I was wrestling.I have for the past two weeks isolating this injured area with the red light panel and have noticed a significant increase in flexibility and a reduction in pain.

I had benefit from red light therapy using Bulbs but not at the speed the panel has provided.

will keep updated as i want to experiment with MB and the panel as winter is around the corner here in OZ

For those wondering why I chose this spot for the panel the tiles are grounded as this is an outside laundry and directly opposite the panel is a window where the morning Sun shines through during winter.

    Brent review this exchange.
    biphasic dose response
    minutes/week exposure
    few weeks only

Figure out time and distance of light exposure.

    Tell me what you think.

The xanthophylls found in the bodies of animals, and in dietary animal products, are ultimately derived from plant sources in the diet. For example, the yellow color of chicken egg yolks, fat, and skin comes from ingested xanthophylls, primarily lutein, which is often added to chicken feed for this purpose.

The yellow color of the human macula lutea (literally, a yellow spot we neurosurgeons see daily) in the retina of the eye results from the lutein and zeaxanthin it contains, both xanthophylls again requiring a source in the human diet to be present in the eye. This is one of the secrets buried in the Epi-paleo Rx. Shellfish is loaded with these chemicals. This is why you need to read and assimilate my book. Do I mention this in the book? No. Why? The quantum effect is between the words of the book and if you act upon the ideas you won't need to know the reason, you'll get the benefit. This is why wild animals like the hippo do not have to be told what to eat, they just do it because they are wild and driven by instinct. Modern humans feel they need to be told what to do because they are zoo animals who create their environment. Most of the things we create ruin our wild ancestors instincts. These xanthophylls in shellfish protect the eye from ionizing blue and ultraviolet light, which they absorb to limit the excitation in our retina. It is like a built in natural fuse box. It protects the vitamin A cycle in our eye that is required for photoreceptor regeneration of all the opsins we have as humans. In blue light toxic state you lose these chemicals and the result is a cataract. These two specific xanthophylls do not function in the mechanism of sight, since they cannot be converted to retinal (also called retinaldehyde or vitamin A aldehyde). They do protect melanopsin in the central retina which drives the eye clock (SCN). Their arrangement is believed to be the cause of Haidinger's brush, an entoptic phenomenon that allows to perceive the polarization of light. JK
