Reject them, ladies. And men please stop pushing them on women.
Breast implants are very dangerous. They were actually banned for 4 years by the FDA. 40% of people have issues within 5 years of getting them. They are made with silicon, heavy metals like lead & mercury, xylene and acetone (known neurotoxins), and many other toxic chemicals.

 

As women age, many of them grow bigger breasts. Some much bigger (from about nothing).
That can be explained via (P/E) Progesteron/Estrogen imbalance. They often have low progesterone. Their breasts grow because estrogens promote growth.

It is possible that small breasts indicate lowish estrogens or overly high Progesterone.
Likely that may be corrected/optimized without the need of surgery.
