I think that statement HAS to be pretty relevant to Jeremy.

I'm an engineer first and pretty good at math but I hope you're not asking me to solve the Schwarzschild metric. If that means I have Gertsmann syndrome, then I guess so be it...

Gravity also is changes with altitude and with different locations on earth. I wonder if that's relevant?

When I put this all together... I now must ask how does OSA fit into this? my intuition says its directly related to hibernation. hypoxia would be a default in this state wouldn't it? so OSA explosion, is another method to mitigated EMF. only in most its not beneficial (due to the location Dano alert?)

So add asthma +OSA = increase access to hypoxia. increased hypoxia decreases O2 - which force mitochondria to look for alternatives... But if you're stuck in EMF and your collagen sucks, as does your water ... its a key to hell. if you've got good O2, and you're hydrated its a key to heaven...

Now I need to leverage this to my advantage....

This statement reminds me of the section 'Why Calories Are a Useless Metric' from EE4 -- http://jackkruse.com/energy-and-epigenetics-4-light-water-magnetism/ . Excerpt below:

Water in rain, is energized by the sun’s photons and electrons. This energy is transferred to the earth by rain and rainwater allows all plants and animals to survive on this planet. This is how trees, flowers, and grass live and grow. They do not need to eat food to make energy, so they have no need for fat stores as mentioned earlier. Animals, however do not live this way. Animals evolved fat cells for this reason alone.

Being in contact with rocks all the time is foreseeably more akin to what a plant would do, and would decrease one's need for holding on to body fat.

Regarding CFTR, I'm suspecting that the whole section talking about Iodine and the MHC 1 gene in EE7 is relevant somehow, but haven't figured out anything yet -- http://jackkruse.com/energy-epigenetics-7/ . The fact that MHC 1 has so much to do with neurogenesis makes me want to dig a little deeper when I have the time.

This hits home for me... Last winter was much milder than this years. Last year I spent lots of time outside grounding and in the Sun. this winter the temps were far to dangerous to spend a lot of time out side due to exposure issues... add to the fact the house/neighborhood I'm living in isn't the best - it just compounded everything.

I need both sun and the connection to the earth - to mitigate any non-native EMF...

For me the scary and thrilling part is that my brain works as Temple's does. When I looked at the problem inside I saw pretty much what Dr. Kruse wrote. I even wrote what I saw and erased it because I was embarrassed that I could not explain it properly. This blog is a treasure for me as it explains much of my life. The bells are ringing.....Yahoo....

I am going to let you all in on a little secret...........when you realize how the quantum mechanism of evolution really operates.........there is no disease you cant bio hack. Why? When you look at biology it is hugely confusing mess of coupled pathways between the mitochondria and the nucleus.........when you realize that is all must play by fundamental laws in EE4.......you begin to realize all you need to do is apply the laws to the thermodynamic issues and solve for X.

10 months ago I knew a little about CF.

Now I have an idea how to help navigate it. Because of the mechanism I found ten yrs ago. Every blog has a piece of it...........Every blog is a practice lesson for starfish creation.........and when I show you how simple it is............You will understand I am not so smart.......just incredibly perceptive and curious. They are my best qualities. Welcome to the machine........the quantum machine.

IMG_0575.jpg speaking of large sandstone, this is my evening walk, they are 1000-1500 feet higher than the trail...about a mile from my front door here...I am walking in the seabed...

Beautiful Josh .....I might have to go home with you!

How do you feel there? As opposed to other places you have lived?

How does your wife feel there?

EXACTLY what I have lived this winter….last winter was wonderful and I thought I was on my way…this year the extreme cold kept me inside and I end up with a bunch of trouble…and a larger mass to boot. Just spent two weeks in the desert, outside everyday wearing leather boots = 10 pounds gone, energy up, negotiated the travel much better on the way home . Booked a rental house in central mexico (higher elevation too) for next Jan./Feb. I won't be learning this lesson twice.

I've come back to new photo rules too….will find something later today:)

this is me too... I am fatter when I am inside more in winter
being in touch with the earth magically slims me down

Josh, your place looks just beautiful...!

This may be one of those times whereby a winter time "greenhouse" is actually useful. Having a sheltered area that doesn't have a floor (so you're still directly in contact with grass and soil) and which stays above freezing all through winter might be possible to do on the cheap.

Now I'm thankful that all we ever get in Melbourne even in the coldest of winters is some frost on the ground. o_O

Brilliant idea.... *wanders off to begin seeing what property I can find in our price range where we could put a green house up... *

Yes that kind of a house would be great! It is totally possible to build a grounded house here too I bet.. This house has a deep basement and it always hold around +2 degrees C, in winter too, without any heating. It does not freeze. I could live there.. lol I have slept there for some nights but I am so healthy I have decided I do not need that right now ;) (I love my bedroom with window to the east where the sun rises and shines on me in the morning and the sound of the river all night long) but if I got some health issues I know what to do!
I also just gain a little bit in winter, probably not noticeable for others . I do have it pretty cold and do ice dips in the river every day. Jack has said in winter we get slimmer... I first wondered why I am slimmer in summer?.. and it was easy to know why. Too little grounding. If I were more outside doing some kind of sport I surely might lose weight but I am pretty sedentary and eat quite a lot! If one would count calories in and out I would be huge lol I keep around 55 kg at 166 cm eating like a horse
So to keep it cold and dark and eat keto really helps to keep normal weight.

I am just sure, for everyone out there that want to lose, keeping in touch with the ground exposing as much of their body as possibly to the sun (in addition to epi paleo + lots of great water and avoiding EMF) would be the magic pill ;)

sorry if this post ended up confusing
