    Hi Jack,
New to this forum, dont know where to post this since I cant post it in Ask Jack (no privileges) so let me just ask you here for help.

About 2 years ago, I woke up extremely distorted, disoriented, and my brain has never felt the same. During this time my muscular system seized up also so i have chronic neck and back issues now. No idea what happened but my brain and body felt highly toxic. I am 22 years old.

Currently seeing a function med doc who said I have Adrenal Hyperfunction and Dysbiosis. I also have occult blood (leaky gut, in stools) *Thing is, i felt disorted for close to a year before any gut symptoms appeared. To make a long story short here is my Genova test

    Is this a toxicity issue?
    Heavy metals?
    Lyme?
Or can the gut explain all these symptoms? *(8months+ of brain fog before any gut problems)*

Its been 2 years since my brain felt like it was hit by a mack truck one odd morning and I am still healing.
My brain feels 'fizzed/dazed' out still, hard of focusing.

    Please, any comments?

I answered via PM. You have to read a lot of what is already here. You need seafood and its ions in it........and you to seriously bio hack your environment.......you lack electrons and you are not entangling electrons or protons........for sure.

Yew and you have a lot in common with the gut issues. I am sure he will weigh in

What infections have you actually tested for, if any?

Well, a stool test showed serious overgrowth of the Encterobacter species & occult blood (which doc says is leaky gut)

But keep in mind - 8 months of distortion & dementia like symptoms prior to any gut disturbances.

I dont know how to move forward, feeling very weak (no pep in my step at the moment).
Maybe its the gut? - not feeling mentally disturbed anymore since going on doc's dysbiosis/leakygut protocol.
But still I am not sure (still no energy, no aliveness)
Maybe heavy metals? (Hair test above)
    Maybe lyme?

Still trying to find out what happened to my brain 2 years ago (and is still affecting me now).
Although i am no longer in a psychosis/depersonalized/nonfunctional state, when my brain went to mush (felt poisioned) 2 years ago it was the most scariest thing ever and I would never want to relapse again.

Lyme, herpes viruses, cmv go for quantitative pcr and a full lyme panel perhaps. Immune system markers and hormones as well.

Does the fact that I am getting better (although not where i want to be energy-wise) inplicate that i dont need to keep checking for these different viruses?

Also, as Jack said, how do i go about increase electrons?

See the "redox rx" blog for electrons and the "mitchondrial rx" blog. It would be worth knowing whether you have Lyme's and the detoxification issues outlined by Dr. SChumacher and Dr, Kruse in "Lyme Disease Meet Leptin " blog.

How do I improve my distractability?
My ability to stay focused on a single effort right now is very impaired.

Load up with electrons/DHA and decrease inflammation and your brain will cycle neurotransmitters properly and have cognitive endurance.

My research on this site has led me to

    -Water
    - Cysteine and Gluthathione
    - Reduction of non-native EMF (which puts a drain on your "redox battery")
    - Sleep, and proper circadian light management (for getting you more reduced)
    - Transcendental meditation
    - Do not allow seasonal mismatches in diet

Along with DHA (seafood) you say to improve my cognitive function?

    Ever heard of depersonalization?
I feel that way, mildly on a consistent basis.

Re-read dr K and Josh suggestions. Do the suggested testing.

    Look around you for:
    EMF, microwave towers, smart meters
    molds
old damp house, leaking bathrooms with old tiles
check basement condition, look for molds,
buy mold test at Home Depot
have you been bitten by insects
are you hiking thru the woods
    any skin rashes
    are you eating any seafood
are you eating any naturally fermented vegetables (that are not cooked after fermentation)
have you been hit in the head (soccer, football)

A disconnected depersonalized brain is one lacking electrons and protons linked coherently by entanglement and tunneling.

then you lose your quantum abilities built into your DNA.

EMF is foreign to your SCN as it would be to your eyes if you could see it............and I bet you got a large dose of it coming from somewhere.

Something acutely attacked me that night.
So how does one reverse this oxidative damage? DHA high diet?

If it is an autoimmune issue:
wouldn't the healing of leaky gut/dysbiosis be all that it takes to cure me?
I have been healing the gut with the help of a functional med doc for 2 months now, the stomache is better, yet the brain fog has never let up.
In the past 2 years I have never felt like myself for a split second

I dont know how to move forward with this 24/7 brainfog.

#1 Make seafood the staple in my diet?
#2 Ground in order to balance the possible EMF damage?
#3 Increase electron flow??? ***Not too sure what this implies yet***

The mission is - to get rid of this constant relentless cognitive fog that I am living with that has been with me 24/7 since 2 years ago (woke up disoriented out of the blue).

Excuse my plethora of questions but I have been trying different things for the past years and this brain fog has not even given me ONE BREATH of freedom.
This is no way to live...

i definitely have signs of early age parkinson's / dementia

    A couple things to mention.

    1. When I was at my worse, I had balance/coordination issues, numbness & tingling
    2. I have 2 small amalgams - the Hair test shows some mercury and aluminum being excreted
    3. I used to vaporize marijuana quite frequently - however the dementia felt nothing like any marijuana I ever used. In fact marijuana helped my focus and energy. The dementia completely obliterated my cognitive function.

I feel that my inflammation is definitely decreasing, however my brain feels very frail and dazed at this moment.
    -DHA?
    -Oysters?
    -??

I wonder about smart meters, what kind of cell phone you use, and new microwave towers near your home in the last 2 years. And job changes, moves, new neighbors, etc.

Our bodies can compensate for many environmental issues, however, as long as our energy holds out. But when we become dehydrated, we lose our biggest source of energy. We use water to harvest energy from sunshine and magnetism. We also use DHA to harvest and focus sunshine into the specific wavelength that water responds to best.

When our DHA gets used up (broken down into smaller substances to protect from immediate damage) and microwaves dehydrate us, we quickly lose our ability to be metastable. We lose our ability to seem healthy, despite environmental problems. Disease can seem to come out of nowhere, though the problem may have been lurking for a while.
