Can someone who doesn't normally use a boron supplement take a dose and then measure his/her body voltage about 1 to 2 hours after the ingestion of boron? References say that boron is used to protect electronics from EMF.

Can someone with an EMF meter try an experiment? Soak a pillowcase in a boron/borax solution, let it dry and then take readings from both outside and inside the pillowcase before and after?

I have a meter...and have been taking some boron recently, so I don't think I would be the best candidate for experiment 1, but I'll try #2. Interesting!

Also...I've found that I do seem to sleep more profoundly after I take boron...kind of like being hit over the head with a hammer and then coming to-- 8 hours later.

I read that boron can be used to decalcify the pineal gland.

I really, really, really hope this is true Sally. Dr. K. Told me a year ago that as you age your pineal gland can become a real problem. I need to listen to that again.....

Today I received my first feedback confirming that Boron really does help arthritis !

My son has been telling people suffering with arthritis to take Boron. Today he sent this feedback:

"My church group friend is suffering from arthritis in the knees & said after taking 3mg of boron for a month her swelling went down 100% and the pain starting to subside. She ran out of boron for 2 weeks and the swelling came right back
Then she started taking it again and the swelling went down again, she's as happy as can be."

My suggestion was to get her on 9mg of Boron a day until all pain is gone, then reduce it to 3 mg daily maintenance. Curezone added that Tri-Boron is a better choice.

Isn't this wonderful news? Does anyone else have a testimonial to share with us?

Here is a nice article on how to decalcify the pineal gland:

Symptoms of a calcified pineal gland:
much like Multiple Sclerosis; Numbness in hands, arms, legs and feet, heart irregularities, headaches, blurred vision, hearing loss, memory loss, uncontrollable hand and arm shaking, dizziness and much more.

    Hi Grizz,
This is my first ever post on this site. I was prompted to by your posts and research on Boron. I thought you might find the following website and information by Walter Last interesting. It mentions Boron heavily.

    http://www.health-science-spirit.com/ultimatecleanse.html
    https://www.health-science-spirit.com/candida.html

I am hoping to start trialling his suggestions in a week's time for chronic large intestine infections (suspected staph, malassezia and candida infections). From this I am experiencing hip joint and shoulder inflammation and a host of other issues. I'm really hoping that Boron can help me so that I can avoid antibiotics.

If you have any other information and/or findings since you last wrote, I would love to hear about it.

    Thanks,
    Kathryn

Might want to look into eating all the brazil nuts. My study on them has me believing no more than one or 2 per day and also if you are buying them from a bulk bin shave the peal and myotoxins off the surface of them. I'd think a lot better at 1 or two per day to crack them from the shell ourselves. I've not found a good source for nuts in the shell yet but I've got to work on that because I eat too many of most of the nuts too often. I do not eat cashews I mostly eat pecans as they are softer and less carby.

Working on learning about a new Boron supplement form
Boron Calcium Fructoborate Lower C-RP, + Bone, Heart help from this new Boron https://forum.jackkruse.com/index.p...rp-bone-heart-help-from-this-new-boron.24913/

Visiting this thread because I am wondering about the new form of Boron suggested to me...

Most of the links in prior posts are broken...I'm looking for info to lower my chronic inflammation. Interesting that you are prone to wake early without it... only 1 week trial though. Are you still taking it? Wonder if levels up can one stop supplementing... going to look at where boron comes from... just foods or do we make it and what does it do in the body? I read some time ago it helps balance the ratio between mg and ca and I thought that that might help my leg cramps. I get foot and leg cramps if I take most forms of those minerals (mg and ca). I can only take EASE spray elemental topically and
Magnesium Threonate capsule forms without that side effect and if I eat high calcium foods or if drink a high mineral content water I get foot and leg cramps as well. Keeps me wondering about it. I have a number of very strange symptoms. Discouraging at times no one to connect the dots for me.

I remember years about about the borax pros and then push back on it for internal use.

Have you ever been tested low in Boron?

I most likely messed my system up I took Melatonin every night all range of doses for over 20 years. I did not even know it was a hormone. Finally my body stopped by giving me eye pain within 15 minutes of taking it. I take Magnesium to relax and ZinMind a (formula with GABA & Theanine) if I can't sleep. Getting better now getting up for sunrises. I have issues with dehydration as well. I also crave salt.

Hi Martha Ray. I have never been tested for boron. I no longer take it, but I don't wake early, either. It sure was awesome for me back then. Occasionally I would stop taking the boron and see, but my sleep would get worse, and I continued with the boron. But then one day it didn't seem to matter if I took it or not, so I stopped.

I also consistently test high for inflammation, which abates a bit when I try different things, but never got down to a realistic level. I am now working on a theory that candida might be causing the high hs-crp numbers. I've taken Mg for a decade or so, but I've stayed away from Ca because of Jack's teachings.
