Wish I had that for my CT.

What an inspiration Bob—thank you for posting! (I read so much here and somehow I missed this journal.)

You must wear blockers when driving.

Does the new butcher have a walk-in fridge? Once you go dry-age, especially whole animals, you'll be in foodie paradise.

The last infected tooth has been pulled so all teeth are good now. Having the teeth looked after has been a big improvement.

My vision has stabilized and it turned around last week. This helped a lot with driving. Will let the tooth heal up and then go for an eye test in about a month. I have day glasses now and using them if I am on the screen.

After one year improvements have been most noticeable in clarity, awareness and presence, connection with everyday life and goings on. Physically all is well, muscle growth continues without much exercise towards it. Still the left side of my body lags the right side in fat loss, weight is 150. I cut back on salt as I was not doing well with it. I had my eye exam and have a posterior cataract on the left eye and have a referral for the specialist. It wasn’t possible to get glasses for driving because of the nature of the cataract. The last infected tooth has healed. There is no more throbbing in my mouth, this is a great improvement!

Outside is walking 2 km a day and looking after the snow. CT is in the air, light jacket and pants, warm hands and feet. It has been cold down to -35C. Days are getting longer. Inside, baths in warm water and Epsom salts.

The computer has a wired connection with a wired mouse and keyboard. I went with gamer grade keyboard and mouse as they are very sturdy and the keyboard backlighting can be customized, set to light red, and turned off. The mouse has dpi sensitivity adjustments. The monitor is an Eizo EV2450FX which has reduced screen flicker and other light friendly features. The power light can be turned off as well. This paired with Iris moves it up another notch. I added a hub so everything connects to it and the computer and peripherals are located many feet from the operator. Day and night glasses are used, quite a relaxing set up in comparison to before.

Bob, how much cod liver do you eat per day, if you eat it daily obviously?

Michalis, I am eating 1/2 of a can twice a week. The Petit Navire is 75g of fat per can, the S&F is 48g. Mixing it with sockeye salmon and balsamic vinegar to even out the taste.
