I heard in a podcast that UV and IR only control the eye clock and that blue, yellow, red are for the camera vision.

I think i am misunderstanding because i thought blue activated melanopsin. Someone explain?

UV and IR repair the eye clock but the clock works with blue light in the sun to tell when light is present and when its dark
