I'd like to collect all the possible counter-measures that can be taken to minimize the effects the bluelight.
I have collected and applying the following :
    1. Bluelight blocking glasses. Yellow during the day, red after sunset
    2. Wear long shirts to protect the skin
    3. Wear redish and purple clothes most of the time
    4. Have a UV light (aka black light) + red light in front of you when working on screen - only during the day.
    5. Drink water with a bit of salt to force hydration
    6. See the sun @ the morning and during the day
    Please contribute more

How can one learn to know what studies are true?

This article headline states blue light AND the sun damage the retina, but the article doesn't mention tests that included the sun. https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2018/08/180808093907.htm

Same source (Science Daily) reports tiny blue-light emitting chip can be implanted into body to control brain patterns.
Yikes! AI is on the loose!
How can one best protect against AI?

Thank you for your contribution to humanity!

    Increase DHA

Wear a scarf around the neck to protect the thyroid

    Download Iris software

Have candles near screens and devices for red/infrared

Download twilight on android smart phone

On iPhone turn on night mode for all day and all night. Can also turn on a red colour filter for the iPhone

Have a blue filter on laptop or phone

When reading Dr Jack Kruse work, print it

If on your laptop, take it outside with a wired connection to the internet

After sunset wear fit over blue blockers on top of your normal blue blockers for full protection to the eye

Let in natural daylight, open windows and doors

If indoors use devices near windows to get some natural daylight

After sunset, wear make up and natural sunscreens to exposed skin. Scarf, Gloves, Baseball cap, Hooded jacket etc

    No artificial lights after sunset

Reduce screen time and time on technology

Best time to use technology and screens would be at solar noon

Take regular breaks outside every hour

Spend as much time as possible outside in natural daylight

Best option of all, get the hell out of the power grid and eliminate all use of technology/Artificial lights

Good one!! Too hot to where the natural sunscreens. You better get rid of blue light completely.

George,as you already know we are in a war against our "own way of life".
So being in a war we must have the ability to distinguish between measures that SAVES US TIME like the ones that @Mihalis and @Jack Kruse propose and measures that BUY FOR US TIME like the ones that you and @Sajid Mahmood propose. And this is very critical because we need both and the effectiveness and the availability of those 2 approaches depend on our context.
@Jack Kruse I think that in the near future we would need more measures that Buy for us time -you can call them fixes not real solutions - to innovate our thinking to find solutions because the environmental window closes every month a little bit more.

Thanks for all suggestions. Doing many of them already. DDW?

I will add to the conversation here that:
Circadian rhythm trumps everything we have clock genes everywhere in our body and in the places that we don't we get the message from our SCN thru the autonomic nervous system.Blue light, nnEMF and our modern daily social activities disrupts our circadian rhythm creating a mess in our body.I think it would be wise while someone implement any of the above mentioned counter measures that BUY FOR US TIME to assess if the clock genes that inherited are from a " factory" with good quality control or not.I think this is critical in order for someone to check the effectiveness of these measures and at the same time to get real data about his cellular context. So at anytime some of these measures fail to BUY FOR US TIME not to say that what @Jack Kruse suggests doesn't apply to us.
@Jack Kruse the question is do we give our sensitive data (DNA sample) to a company like 23&me in order to get info about our clockgenes that regulates most of the things in our cellular life? Or are there other ways (blood tests) that you @Jack Kruse can teach us how to use them so we can assess whether if we can afford to implement strategies that BUY FOR US TIME or we run out of time and we need to orient ourselves to solutions that SAVE US TIME???

The data on melanopsin is critical to understand why and how blue light demolishes cells. If you are not up to speed on what I said in Vermont 2017 and 2018 your list will be IMPOTENT.

teach us how to use them
To read test results one must first get them.
    1. Calcium Score test
    2.DUTCH test
3.Spectracell micronutrient analysis and their lipid test
    4. as on picture below

Sunlight is the biggest countermeasure. When it is out your ass needs to be in it. CLEAR?

This photo meme below is why diet books solve no one’s problem and why wild animals need no dietary intervention. Food drives very little decision making in mitochondrial biology. Food just provides these perpetual motion machines with substrate electrons and protons to keep motion moving from NADH to oxygen. When flow stops life stops and that is all there is to it. What happens to the engine always trumps the fuel/food story.

It turns out in nature you need less substrate because of how the sun INHIBITS electron flow yet supports ATPase spin.

That is the secret to it all. When will they learn? How much longer will it take? How much more melanopsin data will they need?

The irony of this message is also a history lesson: the Human Dark ages are now being built in its 2.0 version brought about by the blue light and nnEMF of Big Tech and the US FCC. It is the perfect oxymoron for the perfect storm for cells who use sunlight to signal.

What drives this need? BLUE SCREENS DO. They cause brain shrinkage via pseudohypoxia of the melanopsin/retinol mechanism. Just as the retina thins under the power of a blue-lit world, so will a young or old human brain. This is why autism, AD, PD, and ALS are spiking too in the modern world. Neurons need oxygen and when they do not get it the neurons disappear with that cognitive ability depending what part of the topologic map of the brain it occurs on. #melanopsinwisdom

    What did you MISS?

What don't most people know about melatonin? Melatonin and dopamine produced by retinal structures, CONTROL retinal regeneration cycle of ALL photoreceptors (melanopsin), INDEPENDENT of the PINEAL GLAND activity. Do you realize that taking exogenous melatonin or dopamine then has massive implications for the melanopsin/retinol mechanism recently found in December 2017 for the skin, subcutaneous fat, and skin arterioles? Do your experts have any idea what the implications of this are? I bet they don't and I bet you don't either..........too bad because it is quite important to any mammal who inhabits a blue-lit world for more than 4 minutes 6-9AM. The retina is part of the brain and cannot tolerate low oxygen tensions longer than this so these AREAS shrink because of apoptosis. Apoptosis is not supposed to happen in the brain often. Blue light causes the retina to become pseudohypoxic and this stimulates pseudohypoxia. It is associated with dehydration too and a lack of DDW matrix water production. ARE YOU LINKING ANY OF THE LESSONS HERE OR FROM PATREON? When this happens every clock gene becomes unconnected to the SCN and you wind up with bad tissue wherever this occurs.
