Blue blockers

    Should i be wearing blue blocking glasses during the day on a 10 hour shift cuz i get sleepy if i do.

    Are you on a computer the whole day?

    What kind of lighting?

    You can see on my avatar.they are flourescent white light.and i do have to stare at the computer screen many times a day.
     
  5. Can you have "right" to change out the "white" flourescents for UV black light and UV grow flourescents?

    It looks like you're wearing red blue blockers which will make you sleepy because reds typically block 100% of the blue. Try a pair of yellows for the day and wear the reds at night. Two brands that actually have it right are Ra Optics and Lucia Eyes. Jack has discount codes for both though I can't remember the codes off the top of my head. Also, if work will permit, download Iris onto your computer. The app will filter out some of the blue and remove the flicker.

    If you can use Iris Pro, it has a setting that'll make the only colors on the screen red and grayscale.

    Thanks for the replys guys, yea ill buy the yellow ones becuse once i go outside for sunbreak i start feeling energetic.is just as jack says in a post..to focus on the clock and not the food.
