Since I am new to this site I might be repeating some old news. I found an app for Android phones called Blue Light Blocking... go into its menu and choose the color orange and then dial the percentage of blue light you'd like to block.....blocks up to 90%.

You can cut this material to size, and tape it to your phone or any blue-lit screen.

    Don't miss the video guys!!

Please share with people who need it.
Everyone who uses a phone before bed needs this setting.
Disclaimer: This setting only protects yours from blue light frequencies from your phone. To be fully protected in the modern world, we need Blue Light Blocking Glasses, like those from my company Ra Optics https://raoptics.io to protect yourself from blue light emitted by other sources that cannot be easily filtered or you can't control, like light bulbs, TV's, streetlights, car headlights, and all other artificial light besides phones and computers.
Many companies make blue blocking glasses with clear lenses, but these generally have little to no effect except a false sense of hope, as when the proper colors are blocked to the extent necessary for health, there will always be some level of color distortion. At Ra Optics, we select the most attractive and popular frame styles to house our Blue Blocking lens technology and are constantly working on improvements.

How to use a hidden setting to remove harmful sleep and melatonin-disrupting blue light frequencies from your iPhone at night.
If you do not use this, you will likely need glasses at a young age, your vision will continue to get worse, you will have low quality sleep, and you may experience related health issues including low-energy, carbohydrate cravings, and weight issues. Everyone who uses their phone before bed needs this setting.
For Android users, an equivalent is the "Twilight" app, used on full strength.
For computers, use the app "Iris", from iristech.co.
This is an update of a previous video. You can use the discount code “Optimal” to save a few bucks if you buy the glasses.
