I work 10 hours 4 times a week in blue light. I plan to not to be ashamed to wear as the only person blue blockers = dewalt laser red glasses to block all blue light. Do u think this is good idea?

I was thinking about sundown red glasses but they are too big. Ra optics are joke because they dont cover well and are 145 dollars.
Will I get sleepy with red glasses in work. Thanks.

If you don't need prescription glasses, how about orange wraparound UVEX safety glasses? They wouldn't block as much spectrum and may be closer to what you want during the day time.

I have an office at work. I brought in my own incancesdent lighting. I don't turn on the LEDs. Do you have any control over the lighting? (Fortunately I have been working at home for the past year so this hasn't been an issue. Hooray for the lockdowns! LOL)
