Been searching the forum for recommendations but can't find anything solid (search functionality may not be returning optimal results for me, so maybe this post will be helpful for the future when someone else is searching on 'best blue blockers')

I use a screen filter for my laptop when working during the day but I'd like to try daytime blue blockers for a change.

Been looking at BluBlox (SummerGlo or BluLite) and Ra Optics.

I looked at some others including Lucia Eyes. I believe Jack now recommends these and has posted a discount code before, but I didn't like their options in their storefront which only appear to indicate the %% of blue light being filtered, as that could be misleading and doesn't say the specific portion of the spectrum in nanometers. I found BluBlox and Ra seem to focus more on the actual science in their web pages and product descriptions.

Which are the best blue blockers for computer work in your opinion, any of the above or something else?

    Thanks in advance
