    Im working on the Leptin protocol as well as trying to heal a leaky gut. I’m wondering if eggs and kefir are things I should avoid while struggling with several food sensitivities. I’m able to source pasture raised eggs and plain goat kefir and goat whey from a nearby farm. These things are very helpful when trying to hit my protein intake in the morning, along with sardines and salmon. Just wondering if I should avoid them until my stomach is back to 100 percent.

    Just referring to Jacks' course on Hormones with Dr Jackson, is it mentioned to add back probiotic heavy foods last until GI is optimized IE Kefir. Dunno.
