    Hi Jack,

    I found a new Asian market close to me and was excited when I saw their prices and offering, but I'm noticing that everything has some kind of preservative. I asked you earlier about sodium tripolyphosphate and you said you were ok with eating that. I'm also seeing sodium metabisulfite and a few others. Are there any preservatives that you would steer clear of or are they ok because one is at least getting seafood? Thanks!

    This is why raw is best........eat fresh raw and avoid this kind of issue. I dont have a problem with either one.
