    LOL. We've gotta make do with what we have Caroline! In the same way that a small cylinder restricts the 2d space that a mixture i confined to, an increased 3d volume can mimic the effect well enough in a larger "cylinder".

    I know there is a lesson in there somewhere for me ....but I'll be damned if I know what it is!

    can you spoon feed me that one????

    Turns out big fast blenders work fine if you make bigger batches. I ran out of olive oil and just threw in 2 more eggs and it worked.

    Thank you Caroline. I have a magic bullet so maybe i'll try this; also a vitamix but that
    might be too big. MCT is a great idea- - feeling ginger habanero mayo

    Roughly double the volume of ingredients if you use a vitamix or blendtec big old blender. Having double the mayo is a total 1st world problem!

    so - I would guess with a magic bullet ...you would just use 1 egg?

    This is a variation on Bulletproof mayo btw. Dave would like you to use all brain octane oil!

    Yes indeed drezy were thoroughly fleshing the mayo discussion in complete 1st world fashion; good god atleast we aren't miracle whip
    people. That has to be a definite precursor to low dopamine when you start buying the extra large miracle whip. Speaking of mayo,
    My friend Maxime's dad flew to SF to visit his daughter and confessed he really came to make the mayo for the feast and by god this
    Frenchman made the best damn mayo ever; it reinvented the condiment for me. He stirred it like Juliette Binoche in the movie chocolat;
    it was pure passion. Maybe only a Cajun in the US could come close to putting that much passion into the mayo or maybe you and Caroline.

    At any rate, i'm going to give this a go and report back. Nothing like a solid break from food to remind you that well we really don't need that
    much food and were completely addicted to it and it's a complete bypass for simple sunlight; but it's damn good to geek out on.

    Thank you Dr. K; so looking forward to what you find out - these subtle energy tests are always a dance. One of the partners here at the shop does custom laser cutting so I've started to select some purple and red pieces to send your way.
