    Earthrunners sells kits but you have to email them directly about it as it's not listed on the website.

    Feel free to post up your work afterwards :) I wonder if it's possible to make some waterproof ones. Measurements with and without socks would be interesting as well.

    Try copper wire , and conductive duct tape. Google: DIY GROUNDING SHOES. Price about twenty five cents per pair of shoes you already own.
