Any tips for dealing with CT emotional roller coaster?

    I drifted away from CT for a while as it caused horrible anxiety, paranoia, and racing thoughts for me in the past. Over the last week, I've hopped back on and have been doing it consistently each day. It's like I'm a different person. I'm paranoid of everyone around me. I'm overthinking everything. My mind feels like it's on speed. I feel horrible. Family and friends are noticing the changes in my mood.

    Any tips for getting through this? I'm eating epi-paleo with lots of omega 3s. Also getting lots of salt, magnesium, water, vitamin b6, and iodine.
