    caterpillar,butterfly

we have a cocoon that will restructure as a butterfly, using the same cells
caterpillar cells break down turns into a mush = chaos
as its falling apart many start to assemble into the next structure
cells move from A to B
    the movement part looks chaotic,
but all the cells know where they are going to go.

that was so clear this morning am

not a saucepan to be seen (short of going in the garage)
will have to find somebody to cook my asparagus love them lol

A few although more and more I'm going old school and using good old cast iron to cook pretty much everything.

I don't know if it's that I feel a connection with past cooks, like the testosterone-y heft, or have just given up of fancy non-stick coatings du jour but it's just a pleasure to cook with solid old cast iron.

On the menu tonight(an into a cast iron dutch oven) is Lamb Shank with garlic gravy. The bones will be thrown in the freezer for my next big bone broth batch.

Hmm I'll try to get it to quantum tunnel through the earth and stop tunneling right at your table.

I'll be careful because if I let gravity take it straight through the earth it'll end up way off the coast of Madagascar.

I'm pretty sure your table isn't that big.

As far as the internet connection. I'll send you a PM that will show up in your Inbox if you want to talk about your specific connection.
