The looming mess over vaccine passports and overseas travel is likely to be problem for a couple of years as I'm not having the vaccine, and Bitcoin is not on my radar at the moment. I've not been drawn to it generally, but selling a main residence and now using funds to buy an apartment a 30 second walk from the sea in an area with higher average number of hours of sunshine per year than where I live now is a higher priority ....

It isn't a constant, and who knows, perhaps a small amount from short term "air pollution" from natural sources such as sand or smoke is beneficial. Perhaps I can make use of it, the dose makes the toxin etc.

I'll stick my head above the parapet. In principle there is nothing wrong with comparing ourselves to others in business. If the comparison leads to improvements (whilst maintaining ethical boundaries, and without putting ourselves or anyone else down in the process), its a good thing. The competition is a valuable resource for ideas, and for mirroring what we are doing right, and where we could make improvements.

I grew up comparing myself to others .....I wasn't smart enuf, I wasn't pretty, I wasn't skinny ....I suppose all the usual BS.

I was so incredibly lucky - My dear first husband was the wind beneath my wings, He always lifted me up - to more than I could be
He was the epitome of kindness and generosity and forever love.

I think that anyone can be whatever they want to be....when they have some one who loves them unconditionally and is 150% all in.

I was so lucky to have that......and once again I am so lucky to have that again.

For some women it is a dear parent or friend or mentor ........someone that believes in them so they can soar.

It is about not being afraid to make mistakes - to jump without a parachute - to push our boundaries and be more.

Maybe it comes with age? But I really think it comes with self confidence -to march to our own drummer no matter what anyone else thinks!

Now - I like being different and I have so much respect for others who are flying their freak flag.

About two months after my dear husband passed - I found Jack kruse........
