    Hi, My name is Anne.
my main problem is an aortic valve getting calcified.
it started in Feb 2013 going for medical (airline pilot) i got sent to cardio (Arteries )
medical removed, i need stenting if i want to keep working...
i was very naive then . so i went along thinking the good doc would cure me
after op prescription with statins, BP pills aspirin etc...
luckily after 10 days i got a frozen shoulder. looked up all contre indications of meds and
it all went in the bin. i was still smoking , cigarettes went in the bin too.
I did raw vegan for 9 months , gave that up too impossible in winter in the UK
to keep it short CAA sent me for another stent 9 months later,,, i finally regained my medical 19 months later
went back to these lovely really long days shift early/late up 3:30/4am week after finishing midnight /1am
1st of March this year, Aortic valve not acceptable to be a pilot . i need an op urgent or i am going to drop dead.
He was lucky i did not punch him .i do not like their scare tactics:)
anyway so here i am today

i am taking Carnosine, CoQ10 , K2, magnesium malate, Epsom salt baths 3 times/week and japanese knotweed.
i have been following Dr K for a while so: go look at the sun am eat mainly fish and local veg (very restricted) have done cold showers and have blue blocking glasses,
have booked a week in the Canaries on the beach and bought tan through swimsuit.
getting better at sleeping earlier and sleep better.

That s it for now. grateful for Dr K and this website.

Hi Anne .....there is a few threads on DDW. From what I gather - testing for D content is pretty iffy because we are relying on the company's info.

There is a site .....EMF warriors - check it out. It was started by scompy from the forum and Jason Baden Powell from here in Oz.

    Hi Anne :)

Table 1 of this document might be useful - it gives the levels for several UK spring water sources, and the figures for Evian, San Pellegrino, Vittel and Gerolstein. Gerolsteiner is what I buy when I'm Fuerteventura, (thinking of your trip to the Canaries), its readily available to cater for the German tourists. If I buy UK spring water from a major supermarket (about 1.10 for 5 litres) I do a first freeze method on it as well to drop the number further. :)

I'd check the lease agreement, and ask the landlord if necessary, particularly if the landlord has the right to do a periodic landlord inspection, or calls in because you've reported a fault. We've let property before and if a tenant had painted any room pink and left it like that we'd have repainted a neutral colour before trying to get another tenant. Potential new tenants might be put off by certain colours, and with neutral they could better imagine putting their own belongings in there, and it looks lighter and more airy. It reduces the time it takes to relet, (financially a bonus). It opens up the potential market, not limit it to people who could live with the pink (or whatever other colour). We always agreed for them to paint a room the colour they wanted, provided when they moved out they repainted to a neutral cream before they went. We wanted good tenants to stay as long as possible, and often the paint wanted a refresh anyway, so even if they hadn't done it, it wouldn't have mattered. It never happened, possibly because they didn't want the cost of a commercial painter and decorator being deducted from their deposit.

As long as its done to a reasonable standard, if you were our tenant, we'd happily give you permission and be privately thanking you.
