    • Took all dimmers off all switches in the house.
    • Going to bed (mostly) close after sundown and rising before sunrise.
    • Occasional book reading after sunset using red incandescents.
    • Removed all LED light bulbs and replaced with red incandescents
    • Red lamp bulbs after sunset, candles, fire pit.
    • Threw away the microwave.

    • No electronics after sunset.
    • CT face dunks and cool showers.
    • No electronics in the bedroom.
    • Epi-Paleo-Rx foods - sardines, butter, animal fat, and coconut oil daily.
    • No poultry since August 2018 - until Omega 3 to 6 ratios are better.
    • Desk on the screened porch.

    • Bought Kinicki sun-wear and clothing.
    • Walking 2 miles in the botanic garden most days.
    • Ditched the sunglasses and all cosmetics, skin creams, and hair products. Only use organic coconut oil on skin.
    • Removed all wifi routers and boxes from the house. Use laptops only with ethernet cables. No wireless mouses or keyboards. Bought HARA pads for laptops.
    Wins as of May 18, 2018:
    *Sleeping 8-9 hours through the night *Losing weight - 19 pounds so far *More optimistic and cheerful moods - hubby is thankful ;) *Enjoying outdoor photography again for first time in three years
    *Indigestion and gas pains gone *Skin is softer, smoother *Patience and going with the flow has returned. Creativity has returned.
