Alzheimery moment?

  1. Ok, I swear I'm not being obtuse on purpose. But there is one finesse point for CT I'm not getting. I think they may have mislabeled my 99% chocolate, it tasted super sweet. I may be on a sugar high ;)

I need to lose 60 lbds, I am obese. When I do the CT in the tub at the 50degrees, I most assuredly muscle-shiver a LOT.

My understanding of the way it works is as follows:

    1. If you are obese you should work on activating bat

    2. Non shivering thermogenisis activates bat

So should the obese take longer baths at a temp that is just above the shivering point to maximize bat activation - or should one just go as low temp as possible and shiver and the bat still activates while you are shivering?

I'm happy to shiver - but does shivering mean you are not activating bat?

It means you could be losing the fist out fat.....which is visceral fat.....and that is why you are shivering.....and still SQ fat. This happens often when your testosterone is solid.
