“$20 in 1971 is equivalent in purchasing power to about $135.46 today, an increase of $115.46 over 50 years…today’s prices are 6.77 times higher than average prices since 1971.” Hedge yourself against inflation. Ditch the dollar for Bitcoin.

1971 was 50 years ago. If you had put 1,000,000 in Bitcoin 5 yrs ago when it was at 723.00 a Bitcoin today you'd have 85,700,000. You would not have had to wait 50 years. Just 8 months in 2016 would have turned your million into 7 million. That is how BTC shrinks time and provides you freedom.

Bitcoin's Lightning network is a better proof-of-stake system than Ethereum's ETH2 network. Why? Because you can actually send payments with Lightning, this is impossible to do with ETH2.

    The Character of Prediction Errors

With respect to PoS on ETHER: The longer you wait, the longer you will be expected to wait. The continued wait for ETH's transition to PoS reminds me of this passage from Taleb's The Black Swan.

Lightning network on Bitcoin is up and running. Still in its nascent stages but is a reality.

What do delays mean for ETHER. Ether has been on delay after another. This is another reason it is not a viable investment. It is a security Ponzi built by Silicon Valley.

Habitual procrastinators will readily testify to all the lost opportunities, missed deadlines, failed relationships and even monetary losses incurred just because of one nasty habit of putting things off until it is often too late.

ETHER's transition to PoS has been 9-12 months away since 2015 to their own press releases. Their core developers have basically invented the time machine that halts time. Impressive centralized actions in that ecosystem.

Economic redox chemistry 101: When energy is withdrawn from a commodity, you've got a security. A security is an asset that is oxidized and lacks electrons. This is why ETH is in deep post merge.

Art and blockchain have a lot in common. All artist, at the fundamental level, sells their imagination in the marketplace. Their Art work is their ledger. The art took time and energy to create value.

Bitcoin PoW operates in a similar fashion.

When energy & time is withdrawn from artwork all you have left is an idea. Ideation without execution leads to the deletion of all good ideas. Imagination has no value without its ledger.
