It appears that Treasury has a real problem with DeFi based on the infrastructure bill amendment battles.

Ether is a system with an unaccountable ruling class exploiting the working class, making promises they can’t keep while spinning a wonderful narrative to the masses. The ruling class takes their wealth and then lobbies Congress with dollars. Those dollars likely will be used to attack BTC eventually.

    Who supports the what?

    ETH: Centralized Silicon Valley

    DeFi: Centralized Wall Street

    NFTs: Centralized Hollywood

    Only Bitcoin is 100% DECENTRALIZED.

Government officials (Gensler) whose jobs exist solely for the purpose of regulating intermediaries don't like the concept of a decentralized, intermediary-free financial system. In other news, water is wet.

Proof of work by energy consumption (volcano) isn't a drawback. It is a common misunderstanding, but it's actually the only way we know of to distribute and secure p2p electronic cash. pow is what keeps bitcoin decentralized, permissionless, trust-minimized, all desirable features for a global, neutral monetary asset.

    Proof of Work:
    - Objective consensus
    - Unforgeable costliness
    - Exogenous security source
    - Permissionless

    Proof of Stake:
    - Subjective consensus
    - Forgeable costliness
    - Endogenous security source
    - Permissioned

What is up with facebook? It seems to be down? Anybody able to access it? Or who knows why it is down?

  14. Facebook is having problems with the server or something.

A popular online service Facebook has operational issues and is inaccessible to many users. It was the Downdetector service that first reported this, the information is later confirmed by the company itself.
In addition, Instagram, Whatsapp and other web services will have similar problems.
Facebook writes on Twitter that they are working to find a solution.

The ETH network is governed by politics: there are situations where ethereans consider it's opportune to confiscate the funds of a user even if there is no bug involved nor any rules of the protocol have been broken. In other words, on ETH your property rights are not guaranteed.

Is there an update of the Web 3 monopoly? Or everything keeps the same as you predicted on February?

No, it is worse now. I think ETH 2.0 is a pipe dream.

    Value of $1,000 invested 1 year ago: Shiba Inu: $740,259,740 Axie Infinity: $1,082,920 Telcoin: $130,144 Polygon: $127,867 Solana: $119,828 Dogecoin: $95,882 Binance Coin: $21,972 Cardano: $19,527 Polkadot: $11,780 Uniswap: $10,055 Ethereum: $9,798 XRP: $4,527 Bitcoin: $3,885
Staggering returns, but let’s revisit in 3, 5, and 10 years.

Worth noting Bitcoin has outperformed all of the gains listed here historically. $1,000 invested into BTC when it was first being traded for goods would now be ~ $50 billion. Shitcoiners are bad at their history lessons. The question is, what will have staying power?

I know where I am headed, do you?
