Many in the West may not want to admit it, but the monetary charade is up. The days of the US wielding the power of the reserve currency of the world as a tool for economic bullying are numbered at best and already over at worst. Nothing makes this clearer than a speech given by Vladimir Putin earlier this week in which he called out the bullshit. The Big Bear in the East has had enough and seems to be going for the throat economically.

No matter how you feel about Vladimir Putin, it is impossible to deny that he makes a lot of economic sense here. He is simply echoing something I've been saying since the US and other UN allies sanctioned Russia at the end of February and stole 625 Billion of gold reserves from the Russian people.

I'll simply echo what I said toward the end of February 2022; the world will look back at the week of February 26th, 2022 as the week the dollar's reign as the reserve currency of the world ended. The question that remains is, what comes next economically for fiat markets?

My bet is that bitcoin slowly takes over the last two years of Biden's presidency.

Ukraine only managed to capture Sukhoy Stavok, a small village with no strategic importance. The Ukrainian operation, however, proved very costly to Ukraine, which lost more than 1200 soldiers and almost 50 tanks. The tanks and tank crews are not easily nor quickly replaced. This does not even qualify as a Pyrrhic victory. The Russians still hold the territory.
