  1. The question we may what to ask is: What are the absorption frequencies of lithium & what are the emission frequencies of the excited state of lithium?

I believe we will find when these frequencies are release so to will their electrons to the surrounding cellular plasma and that this electric potential will be negatively charged. This will move the overall charge of the cell's PH into a "healthier" state; thus raising the redox potential of the cell.

  3. When our mitochondria misfire and the voltage potential moves from -200 mV to zero, the cell's voltage flips -> this is the beginning of disease. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3634644/

In order to heal and repair, our cells’ voltage needs to be greater (negatively speaking) than -50mV. Some doctors say, -200mV. So what's this negative all about, I thought positive is good and negative is bad. <- Nope

When a cell begins its downward spiral, the voltage will move from negative to positive. Once this value passes zero, the polarity flips. You move from health to disease. So, when your cell's clocking in at or above +50mV, it's in cancer territory.

Cell membrane potential (Vm), the voltage across the plasma membrane is the mechanism of action that functionally plays out in cancer cell migration. https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/pdf/10.1177/153303460800700404

Just a shame really - the simple statement of "he left school in the 80s" - and then you read John Ott's book and you realise he bathed in flourescents for 16 years that ruined his topologic insulator and gave him cancer. And he probably wore more sun block and avoided the sun more, and then he inevitably under went the Warburg shift.

Every 150 million years, the Sun loses roughly the mass of Earth due to the solar wind, or about 30 Earth masses over the entire lifetime of the Sun so far.

  11. Since supplementation seems to be the medical recommendation, we may want to know how it's synthesized from laboratory to capsule
Lanolin, a fatty substance secreted by the skin glands of sheep to condition their wool, is extracted for its crude cholesterol, which is irradiated with high-intensity light to form preform vitamin D and then heated to form our final product vitamin D3.

I have not found studies which are indicative of dosing synthetic D3 is inhibitory in any study... yet.

Unlike other hormone replenishment therapies (like testosterone which will shunt production from human testicles), the hormone "vitamin" D3 relies on a multi-phase process requiring a healthy supply of cholesterol within the derma layers, successful transport to the kidneys and liver for chemical transformation.

Many clinicians optimally prefer to see D3 levels greater than 90nmol/L for therapeutic effect

When you get sensible nonburning sun exposure you reduce all-cause mortality. Sun avoidance places you at risk of all-cause mortality on the order of moderate to heavy cigarette smoking. Think about that for a minute.......Using the Sun and Bitcoin actually are the only ways I know to buy TIME. Time is the most valuable asset we own.

A pessimist complains about the wind....an optimist expects it to change.......a realist adjusts the sails. Our perception of our surroundings colors our own vision of life. Don't let life stop you just navigate it like the wind
