we don't like eating at restaurants - expensive and very ordinary. We can and do make much better food at home - especially now that We have a very nice working kitchen that we Love.

I think when he said outside he meant outside in Nature not a restaurant.

 

Many El Salvadorans are husky. I think it’s a common phenotype for them. Some are over weight. Probably not quite as many as in US, but not a super small number.

 

It is not easy helping people even if they have the money but not the kind the seller is prepared to receive.
