Can a simple blue LED light from a cell phone cause carbon-nitrogen (CN) coupling using copper in you? Yep. Researchers found that "blue light was able to start the photoreduction of a substrate to form an alkyl radical via electron transfer."

......Carbon nitrogen coupling is the most common bonding atoms in all of biochemistry. Do you still think you're immune to all those LED's TV's, iPhones, screens, and iPads? If so, Mother Nature is chuckling at your arrogance.
And if you're not arrogant about your technology use you are likely quite ignorant of the power of blue light to uncouple your cellular architecture in mitochondria and cells to give you diseases you cannot fathom that are linked to this interaction. ALS, PD, myopia, AD, cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. Yep, every disease you can think of is affected by this. It is time to upgrade your knowledge. https://phys.org/news/2016-02-visible-blue-copper-catalyzed-c-n-cross-couplings.html

Two things I carry with me daily: Death is certain, but life is not. Does blue light always buy us all a stairway to heaven? No. We need the sun's version of blue poetry. It is the blue prose of modern lighting that lines our march to death. What powers our ability to slow time so we can live a few decades are buried in frequencies that resonate in hues of purple and red. Such is the disturbing comforts of life. Physics isn't the most important thing in life, but love is. It's funny bio-physics is what underpins love, how ironic. The human heart is like a black hole--it's so dense that there's no room for light, but that doesn't mean it can't still suck others into its vortex. Life is strange; stranger than we can comprehend. We're all born strangers to ourselves and each other, and yet we are all connected in some small way that we're seldom formally introduced to unless we dig through the nature of the cosmos. The universe, it seems was made, to be full and brimming with lonesome places so life could fill in those spaces with love. Might life exist to freshen up the dry wells so many of us help create?

It is not just street lights today that can harm you. It is every man-made light around you that could devastate your colony of mitochondria to lead to chronic disease.
LED lights/bulbs/Blue light from screens (computers, TVs, phones) not only damage your mitochondria but also damage your retinas causing macular degeneration. Blue Lights make you fat! Melatonin helps the release of Growth Hormone (GH) at night when light is ABSENT. GH burns fat during sleep and this
increases autophagy and this is when humans are supposed to be KETOSIS.
You make most of your GH while sleeping between 12-3 AM. Without UVA light you have no ability to make this hormone due to POMC atrophy.

Blue light can be absorbed through your skin and eyes due to melanopsin; thus, negatively affecting the circadian rhythm via retinal destruction of chromophore proteins. The collateral effects are on the hormone panel via pregnenolone steal syndrome --, hormones (melatonin/growth hormone, BDNF, serotonin, cortisol, increases leptin and insulin). Many people have no idea insulin is actually a solar hormone. Lack of sun and chronic blue light exposure cause causing insulin resistance/weight gain and diabetes.
LED Blue Light can slow ATP, damage your mitochondria/DNA, and damage your retinas causing Macular Degeneration/BLINDNESS.
Wear blue blocker glasses when in front of a screen or TV and/or put blue blocker filters on devices or download screen blue blocker filters or buy anti-blue monitors. Educate the lemmings. The food gurus have them worry about food when it is the light that is killing them. POMC wisdom.
Selling the drama to lemmings is just another foolish game the paradigm in power plays.

When your purpose hits your passion you begin to hit targets you never saw when the problem emerged. This allows us to see things in a different light and it opens new doors in our mind to solve complex and tricky problems.

The hardest thing about the road NOT taken in your life is that you never know where it might have led. Regret is a bad remedy. Never allow decisions like these to hinder you. It turns out Nature provides us some beautiful paths can't be discovered without getting lost from time to time in life as we live out our dying days. Embrace that discomfort and eventually, your brain will solve for X. The lesson is, learn to embrace the suck. You might be surprised where it takes you in your imagination. It may take you to the island of ideas you've never visited before where tools await you, to help you.

Wellness is now becoming a numbers game; in a densely populated urban area, there are so many of humans using technology and creating air and noise pollution that it should not be surprising that water and the sun's innate power has declined on the surface of Earth. These unintentional collateral damages are part of the etiology of what is wrong with our health today. It is time we consider this to explain why zip code is linked to health.

Experience is what you get when you didn't get what you wanted in life. Nature always comes up with brilliant solutions for tricky problems, when she is given enough time and we do not interfere with her process. It turns out the Black Swan learns that the hard lessons experience brings us is often the most valuable thing Nature has to offer us when we are on our own ledge or precipice.

Will we accept the lesson no matter how bad it appears to our palate initially and let the process unfold?

Life is not a dress rehearsal. We have to think and act to make it count.

Begin by thinking and then continue by doing. If you are wrong let failure cause you to self correct.
