    I am not so sure on this JanSz... I still think too much vitamin A is really not good. And i have this weird feeling, especially with the fake lights and nnEMF these days, vitamin A can become a issue more than it used to be.
    I am not going to eat liver or any other very high vitamin A/carotene foods. Time will tell if it was a good idea ;)
    Here in Finland pregnant women are adviced not to eat liver. Or use retinol creams. Retinol creams have destroyed many peoples health too.
    In small amounts vitamin A is maybe good for us, but it is very very easy to get way too much when you follow a "healthy diet". Sweet potatoes and carrots are very high in it... and many other.

    And if you have the genetics (50% of us do) that converts beta carotene efficiently into vitamin A (I wonder if the mutation to NOT convert beta carotene into vitamin A is a protection to help survival) you will get too much eventually, the body stores it in the liver, yes, but at some point there will be issues with storage space or liver function...and that is where the issues start. Might take many many years though. Which it is so hard to recognice it was the vitamin A.
    Just a hypothesis to consider :)

    I dont trust people who sell supplements. Why would they want to admit they were wrong about cod liver oils - liver supplements etc. when that is where they get their money?

    People who do not eat animal food, erroneously think that carrots help then build vitamin A
    My calcium score was initially 2, but on my latest test it was 1.
    I was wondering how this could happen (less calcium on vascular system).

    Now I see possibility.
    I increased my vit K2 from one to two pills.
    This is likely the most important take from that video.

    On the video dr Mercola says that the vit K test is not available.
    I test my K2 using Spectracell.

    I still dont trust the supplement sellers at all. I am not a supplement consumer either, the only supplement I do right now is lactoferrin. After researching a lot and doing it with caution. I have a feeling supplements rather mess up the body more..... But sure it is great money for the makers.
    And my own body did show sign of vitamin A poisoning (after eating way over rda for many years but only from food, like liver and cod liver oil etc - that said I recall I did use a retinol cream for a very short while as I was a teenager, but not accutane) which has slowly gotten better when avoiding it, so it is my own Nr.1. experience that overdose on A is real. But who knows maybe it was something else but I need to do this experiment for now to prove this hypothesis. Maybe it all goes wrong but it does not matter because then I have learned something new :)

    That said I am not avoiding vitamin A completely, just the high sources, to slowly lower my overload. I do eat a lot of butter, like 100 gram/day at least and that has quite a bit of vitamin A in it.

Jacquard cards were the software of the loon. Jacquard cards are like mitochondrial signals that drive epigenetics in a cell.

    Implications of this idea?
    Is this why bipolar humans seem to be in certain zip codes based on hospital data in cities?
    Why don't doctors or hospitals realize what it means?
    How on earth the lithium ion could have such a dramatic effect in treating mental conditions like bipolar disorder? Have you ever thought about this? Might the effect be linked to the quantum spin of Lithium? Moreover, could this be a key in why and how consciousness works? Lithium 7 and 6 only differ by having one more neutron, but this small change changes how they react in an electric and magnetic field because both isotopes have different nuclear spins. Most biologist and physical chemists have no idea how a nuclear spin affect physiologic ability.
    They believe that the chemistry of the two isotopes should be the same in a reaction, and the slight difference in atomic mass largely washes out in the "watery environment" inside cells. They do not even realize that this watery environment would be changed by this isotope effect and this would also affect the action of protons in water networks in cells.
    These water networks for an extreme Faraday cage inside of cells would protect it from environmental EMF and this would prevent or slow quantum decoherence by preserving the coherence of atoms embedded in the EZ water. What if I told you that these experiments were done in 1986 and show that Lithium does appear to work magnetically using its spin state to determine reality? Would you believe it?
    Could it be that in environments where magnetic flux is poor, Black Swan MDs should expect more bipolar people will exist because light in those areas is altered in some way that we do not appreciate today in medicine?
    How would you see if my insights are right?

    Go to a country with a high latitude with a mixed population diversity and see what has been found via zip codes.

    Why might these relationships all exist thermodynamically? I will tell you it is the INVERSE SQUARE LAW staring you right in the face. London has way more people = a bad electromagnetic environment. Bristol and Nottingham much less.

    Why should this finding shock you? Nottingham is the in the middle of England at a higher latitude than London. This result tells the Black Swan that population density is far more important than latitude especially when you have White skin. It is a way bigger deal if you have dark skin.
    Why does race really matter here?
    Your surface skin tone is how you work electromagnetically with the light in that area. Black folks have equatorial shells.......this is why they get bipolar diseases more frequently in the UK. Is this why the stroke belt exists in the USA too? YEP.
    Their melanin needs more sunlight not less to maintain their neurologic function. It also tells us if you are dark-skinned and have an equatorial engine you have ZERO business living in a major 5G city.
    How many will realize these things without understanding light well?
    How many low dopamine critics will call this racist?
    When you observe nature as she is.......you can learn a lot. I pay attention to what most ignore when it comes to light.
    In the future, population density is the single biggest driver of diseases in our modern world because of these insights tied to light. This is an uncommon idea because up until 2015 life expectancy in humans has been climbing in cities. Today we now have proof Jack's insight about falling longevity in cities now exists.
    How did Jack know it would stop and reverse and show up in newspapers and nobody would know why?
    Jack understands how light works in cells.
    Do you understand it as well as you should?

    How to increase glutathione levels?

    According to the above information, it is reasonable to try to ensure that we do not run out of glutathione.

    The level of glutathione in our body decreases in the course of diseases such as diabetes or neurodegenerative diseases. Hence, researchers indicate that treatment leading to an increase in glutathione levels in the body alleviates the course of diseases and slows down their progression.

    Here are some of the main ways to take care of glutathione levels in our body:

    * More cysteine - this is the amino acid from which glutathione is built. Rich dietary sources of cysteine include poultry meat (chicken and turkey meat), beef, offal, salmon, eggs, Swiss cheese, sunflower seeds.

    * More other antioxidants - reach for foods that contain vitamin C, E and beta-carotene. I wrote about their good sources in the series of Journals devoted to cancer, free radicals and antioxidants.

    * More Selenium - Selenium promotes an increase in glutathione levels. Selenium is abundant in fish (salmon, herring, sardines, flounder, cod), beef, poultry meat, offal, egg yolks and oysters. Of course, when I write "more", I mean that we usually consume little selenium and it is worth watching our diet in this respect.

    * Less alcohol - because its abuse depletes the glutathione stores in our body.

    * Healthier sleep - sleep disorders, including its deficiency, cause a decrease in glutathione levels. On my channel you will find a lot of materials on what to do to ensure a healthy sleep.

    * Alpha-lipoic acid - by reviewing the scientific literature, we can find out that it is alpha-lipoic acid that helps regenerate "used" glutathione. But there will be a separate Journal about him.

    * Zdrowszy sen – zaburzenia snu, w tym jego niedobór, powodują obniżenie stężenia glutationu. Na moim kanale znajdą Państwo dużo materiałów co zrobić, aby zadbać o zdrowy sen.

    * Kwas alfa-liponowy – przeglądając literaturę naukową, możemy się dowiedzieć, że w regenerowaniu „zużytego” glutationy pomaga właśnie kwas alfa-liponowy. Ale o nim będzie osobny Dziennik.

    One of the reasons that I am happy about the news below is that now:
    I will stop supplementing any melatonin
    Increase my exposure to EMR red lights
    on my next testing with DUTCH see where is my melatonin.

    I do not remember seeing @Jack Kruse claiming what @dr Mercola does:
    Near-infrared rays in sunlight trigger melatonin production in your mitochondria.

    Dr Mercola continues with saunas and some puny red lights.

    I like much better @Jack Kruse emphasizing EMR the red lights.

    I have earlier version of (I think FIREWAVE) and INFERNO.

    At first I was using

    But after keeping it about (8hr/day) 2.5' of the left side of my forehead I realized that I burned forehead.
    It took another 2 weeks or longer to heal.
    At the time I ascribed all this to electric frequency, that light runs on AC.
    and started buying EMR.

    As of now I am using INFERNO and RED SPERTI for 15 minutes/day almost touching both lamps.
    I also supplement with melatonin and DUTCH test shows my melatonin as excessive.
    Spectracell, that tests (functional) levels, does not test melatonin.

    Since I learned today that EMR lights should improve my lagging melatonin, and that supplemental melatonin does not make it to matrix o mitochondria
    I am dropping supplemental melatonin and reinstalling INFERNO closer to my desk.
    INFERNO will still be about 2.5' from me.
    Not sure how long to keep it on.

  20. Can you afford an upgrade to two Firestorms – the first one will costs $850; the second one will costs $510 -> a total of $1360 when purchased together.

    This will give you 2120 watts of red & infrared light at 12 inches. You will need to put them on a 20-amp circuit.

    Stack them, so that they will cover your entire torso. Make sure you put a good fan on one side of the stack of lights to blow through and pass the devices. They do get hot which may feel nice after a cold thermal plunge which I assume you practice daily as I do.

    Placing the stack of lights on a low table, please, consider standing at least 20 minutes per side in front of these. First your front – don’t close your eyes; let your eyes adjust to the light which is (hopefully) point at your chest and abdomen. This is very healing for your eyes. Then turn around to hit your back for 20 minutes. Make sure you’re slightly moving the whole time from side to side, not allowing too much heat buildup on your skin.

    I would not wear clothing; however, a CoolTan Sheer “swimming suite” would help if others are uncomfortable about nudity.

    Comparing this setup with Dr @Jack Kruse’s FireHawk, which has 3,180 watts more power at 12 inches and costs $8,640 more than the setup I'm recommending above. Dr @Jack Kruse’s “patients” will spend hours in front of his FireHawk a day. So I would monitor your tolerance, if you get too warm, back off.

    We know your current devices are too weak to do much good before you begin to notice "burns".

    I have a friend who purchased three Firestorms, stacking them produces 3180 watts; he doesn't need much time standing in front of them to get results.
