As some of you know, my 82 year old Mother suffered from two TIA'S last fall and I tried to work with her so that she would heal with light, water and magnetism. I purchased uv black lights, the right red lights and a Sperti for her. I also made sure she had Uvex's, only incandescent bulbs for daytime use when needed and also, an electron foot bath to be used with her uv black light. All of this and some of Jack's blogs to read, which she understood, because she is a retired RN. However, we all know that people who are very low on dopamine are procrastinators, amongst having various other disposition and health problems as well. My Mom was fighting the protocol and decided to take her Big Pharma drugs which were prescribed to her for her high blood pressure, etc. I made the wise decision to not engage in battle with her, but, just spend time with her and listen to whatever it was she was interested in talking about during our visits. I remained positive and would talk a lot about my brother's and my progress (which was very noticeable to her) and healing in Nature. All this while I knew she was progressing downwards with her health.

You have to be the change that you want to see!

Her list of drugs that she was taking follows
    Lipitor
    Cozar
    HCTZ
    Catapres
    Bisoprolol
    Carvedolol

The first drug to go was the Lipitor because my Mom said that she could actually feel the life being sucked out of her and knew it was killing her. She had no energy and her cognitive function really began to decline. I gave her one of Jack's articles and she took it to her Dr. Her Dr. was angry with her and told her "If you stop taking the Lipitor, you will die." My Mom fired her and flushed the Lipitor down the toilet Within one week, she started to feel more energy coming back, but was still experiencing her HBP and cold extremities in her lower right leg and foot and arm and hand as well. This is when she made the wise decision to get off from these drugs and ask for my help. She finally realized that her doctors could not help her and she would die if she continued on this path.

Be the change that you want to see folks!

It's been one month since my Mom began her Light, water (Pellegrino) and no fluoride showers and her electron foot baths, religiously . She now swears by this and for the first time in my life, that I can ever remember, this woman, at 82 years old, actually feels happy and as she told me this morning, "The stress just disappeared." she also swears by her purple uv lights and keeps them on and sits by them during the day. By the way, her favorite color has always been purple too. I have helped ween her off from all of her drugs and her blood pressure is normal. She has been on various meds for her HBP for decades, but no more. I actually look forward to our talks now and spending time with her. I'm looking forward to getting her out for some walks in nature here soon and I don't know what else to say here folks!

Just be the change that you want to see. Be the Sphinx, or, the lemur and be kind and patient and genuine and see what happens. Give gratitude and remain positive! By doing this, you have the ability to make a world of difference in the World.

Thanks for reading! I had to share!:)

You and your Mom have found so much to be grateful for..... think of how much you have both learned and grown and this wonderful chapter in both of your lives will continue to grow and blossom and flourish.

Do you have a pic of both of you? what a transformation!

    please share more.....

You're so right here Caroline. I think that our relationships with others are one of the biggest determinants of our happiness, and especially a Mother/Daughter relationship.
I've been keeping a gratitude journal for a while now and suggested to my Mom that she might want to keep a journal too. She thought it was a wonderful idea and so today, I took her shopping for her journal to write in. This is going to help her focus on the positive things in her life and gives her something to look forward to each day.
Mom and I both have greater wisdom and so much appreciation now for the time that we have left and we are going to make the most of it.
You asked me to share more here and I'm choking up a little with some tears when writing this. My Mom never told me that she loves me until about a week ago. I had never said those words to her either, until about a week ago and I didn't just say them, I meant what I said to her....I love my Mom.
I don't have a recent picture of the two of us together to share, but, as soon as I have one, will be sure to come back here and share it with you.
Thanks for your kindness and caring words here Caroline.

Thanks, Inger and Jack too. So much gratitude!:)

So well said Rose! when we are fixing ourself we are able to have better relationships with others. Just a shoulder to leans on, some kind words, to really "see" someone, to really listen ....these are all gold.

We have learned about the three legged stool ...... and now we can share so much. I no longer think it is the words we share with others that are the most important ...in fact I think it is kind of presumptuous sometimes to bombard people with all this .

But we can be a beacon of lite and hope and gratitude and kindness ....and we will accomplish so much more!

Do something crazy and wonderful and off the charts fun with your Mum!!! Something that screams "I am alive and not going down without a fight!!

I am going sky diving on my 80th birthday....and then on my 90th and then on my100th!

Unfortunately - I said that out loud and will be held to it! I am gonna walk the harbour bridge this year for my birthday ....even tho I am terrified of heights!

looking forward to pics of you and your Mom!

Does she get up every morning and take a pic of the sunrise?

Comments I just made in Time 12 to Randall are critical for all people with low dopamine: FYI

Rose is there a shopping list for everything you mentioned?

I'm in a similar boat... After my heart attack in October 2015, they've put me on lipitor, cardizem cd, plavix, and aspirin. The plavix and aspirin I will live with until they tell me to go off it, and the lipitor already went in the trash. But I'd like permission or at least enough hard evidence of normal blood pressure to get off the cardizem, which is an awful calcium channel blocker.

My BP is usually around 123-127/70-79 ... Just borderline to where they won't give me the go ahead to go off the drug. But any sustained marginal improvement is going to be enough to break me free.

have you tried nude tanning to lower blood pressure? To get as much skin as possibly in the sun and grounded simultaneously... and preferably in the morning sun... should do wonders for high blood pressure... I would do it as much as possible!

Is sunrise light more beneficial than say 8am?

Mystic Rose60 Let the sun shine on you :))

Thanks everyone! My Mom is still doing good and now that it's warmer outdoors and the sun has been shining a lot and the days are longer, my Brother and I have been keeping her active outdoors because nothing beats the real sun and barefeet on the ground. When she's had enough sun, she sits under her favorite tree and even takes her nap there. She keeps here favorite reading material next to her and works on her jigsaw puzzles and listens to her jazz music. I talked to her about eating her meals outdoors and she really liked the idea. So, even though she still dines indoors on occasion, it's no longer by artificial blue light. Just her red LED and UV black lights when needed.

@caroline , Mom is now rising and gazing at the sunrise first thing. I think you would get a kick out of the way she talks to her lady friends about light. She swears by it now and raves to them that these "special" lights, along with the sun and electrons and her fancy water have healed her. She tells them all, "It all just disappeared."

She hasn't found another Dr. and actually, hasn't looked for one. She said she has no intention of going back. I say, good for her! Let Nature be her healing drug and live life and enjoy whatever she has left! At the rate she's going, who knows! Afterall, it's no longer about the number of years left. it's all about that quality of life and my mom agrees :)

That is awesome! I am so happy for your Mom and you.

I have done the electron foot baths a while back and they made me feel so much better.

I am hoping to get the whole program going all at once as I feel this will really make a difference in my brain cognition.

Mom is still going strong here! No Dr. still and staying active and talking to everyone she comes in contact with about her lifestyle. It's a pleasure to spend time with her! It's never too late in life to become a Starfish!

High blood pressure and low vit D level go together.
I think it would be a good idea to work on your Mom's vit D.

    Goal Vitamin D (25-Hydroxyvitamin D)(250nmol/L=100.16ng/mL)
    1.5 of above is ok

The general function of norepinephrine is to mobilize the brain and body for action.
Catapres Clonidine inhibits release of norepinephrine (NE)

I just finished my hack with Red Sperti.
Got my Red Sperti in Sep 2016.
Since I got it I use it every day 16 min/day. (one full timer's turn=16min)
My navel is at the middle of the lamp level. I am very close to lamp, sometime touching it.
I started with heavy duty sun exposure last summer, plus some vit D supplements.
Over fall and specially winter not much sun exposure.
Do not used vit D supplements since I got Red Sperti.
    5/17/2016 vit D=130.0 ng/mL(30-100) (winter, low sun 5drops Bio-D-Mulsion Forte)
    8/16/2016 vit D=80.3 ng/mL(30-100) (lots of sun, (3-4)drops Bio-D-Mulsion Forte)
    2/27/2017 vit D=63.0 ng/mL(30-100) (16min Red Sperti, no supplemental vit D)

I think from now on I will
use sun as best I can
    keep using Red Sperti 16min/day
    add 4 drops/day of Biotic Research Bio-D-Mulsion Forte, 1drop=2000iu Vit D

Thank you, Jan! Yes, I purchased the Sperti D (white) for my mom and myself quite a while ago and she has been using it at least 5 times per week, along with her uv black light, her NIR Rubylux and a few red LED's she has for nighttime. I let her know that anytime she wants to have her D tested, I can order that for her too.

Very wise to use the sun Jan! I'm out there every chance I get, even if it's not shining I know that I'm still benefiting from it. :)
